⛔️⛔️AVOID THIS COMPANY NOT HELPFUL AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY ❗️❗️BE AWARE OF THERE 5 star RATING/REVIEWS.
THEY ARE TRADING UNDER SERVAL BUSINESS NAMES …. I WONDER WHY

Terrible service from this agent, booked a flight for Umrah they kept ringing me ringing me to take payment so I paid them.
unfortunately had a family member passing away so I had to cancel ask them for my money back and they said we cannot refund me my money.
I paid £1065 and all they can refund me back is £100 I’d let them know 3weeks before hand that I cannot Travel & they said that I have to wait 10 working days for a refund terrible service not being very helpful.
The hotel they booked for me is supposed to be 4star very close to masjid haram…. When I checked on Google maps it was 35min drive …. Such liars, I will never used this company again.
I have booked from another company three flights for Umra for £2600 all in 5star hotel in Mecca & 4mins walk and 5star hotel in medina 10min walk ….
❗️❗️BE AWARE OF THERE FAKE 5STAR REVIEWS ❗️❗️
Looking at some of there negative reviews I will I suggest avoid this company and shop around.
guarantee to get a better deal and be treated fairly.
⛔️⛔️ They also trade under Times Travel Ltd. And Taqwa travel.

I’ve left it Allah azzawajal whoever puts people in problems Allah swt will give them problems on the day of resurrection Inshallah.
Very poor service from the start.
You have been warned!!!!

Abdullah is a very good team member. Who explain and sort things accordingly.

Safa travels are very helpful and understand exactly what your requirements are. I asked for different dates etc and they didn’t get frustrated and really go out of their way for you. Very calm professional and friendly. Safa travel Packages are alot cheaper than other companies that I enquired with and I highly recommend to use them.

Excellent experience with Safa travel
especially thanks to Saad Sarfraz who booked everything for us must recommended

Haroon provided amazing service and finding me packages to the best of my needs. Highly recommend.

Amazing service by beloved sania Ali very co operative and gracious wonderful person. Sania Ali has dealt with me personally in a very professional manner. May Allah bless her and the whole team.

Armaghan has been absolute amazing. His advice help and support has been 10/10. I was planning on taking a disabled child with me and he make the planning so much easier for me and less stressful. I had no problem and he helped me so much which made my going to house of Allah so much more exciting. Bless you Armaghan and bless the company may Allah grant you all the success Ameen.

Brother Rao Aqib was amazing very kind and helpful he helped me to go roza to visit nabi muhammad saws and overall I would recommend him

I was given great service and a great package. I outlined what I needed and the package met my needs. 5* hotel and near to both masjids and transport from airport to hotel and vice versa also the brother went out his way saved me long journey and got me transport from hotel to Madina airport instead of Jedda which is helpful when travelling with my little daughter. Malik Shahmeer guided and helped me through the way and communication was key and I did weekly payments and he sent me updates through emails and WhatsApp. They so far made this an easy transition for me and my family as it’s there first time going. Malik Shahmeer even sent me confirmation of hotel bookings and airline tickets too so im all set just waiting on October to travel to the blessed city inshallah

Would recommended and definitely use again.
