Sania Ali was so professional

Sister Maryam was an excellent agent who did everything to get me a good deal for umrah in September. I really appreciated her expertise.

Sania ali has been available throuover the tour service is good

I decided to book a last minute trip in December 2024 and spoke with murtaza. Explained what I would like to be included in my package. Murtaza went above and beyond to tailor the package and explained in detail any questions we had. He was very helpful and was always available to speak to. Our first experience as a family of six including children aged between 15yrs & 1yrs was made very easy due to murtaza support. I cannot fault him he went out his way working hard to try and make sure we were happy and got the best deals for us as you can imagine last minute booking are hard and hotel availability were limited however he tried his best and eventually gave us the 5* hotel very close to both haram and even whilst we were in Makkah we were able to contact him with any questions. I highly recommend murtaza and would definately book to travel with him again

Fiza Tariq was really helpful and accommodating in helping me find suitable packages. She was very to reply to my messages.

Maryam service was great and her behavior was outstanding . She has done hard work to get good deal and I really appreciate her hard work.

I highly recommend Sister Sania for her exceptional service, kind behavior, and honest guidance throughout the process. She was always patient, supportive, and truly cared about making everything smooth and easy for us. May Allah bless her always!

Very helpful, friendly service.Maryam Ali was with my son step by step, it was his first time, and she was very helpful and made it easy for him👍

Excellent Service

Great service, Ayesha Khan was really helpful and provided Umrah packages at a really good price.

Very helpful and supportive Veryhelpful and supportive sister Ayesha Khan has great communication skills and will do her best to find you a good package that suits your needs

Amazing job of maryam providing details of the makkah alhamduillah

I was looking to book a trip to Doha and Umrah Combined. Having researched flights and Accomodation myself, I thought there was still alot more to organise on the trip and an Agent may be able to sort out my Transport/Visa Etc into a package.

I communicated with Amara Khan via WhatsApp after clicking a link on Instagram. She was excellent throughout. She gave me a very good package with everything included to my needs. When I was out in Mecca if I encountered any problems she was easily contactable. In fact she even sent me messages to check up and ensure the experience was good.

Would highly recommend booking via them. Takes all of the hassle of arranging transfer and Visa out of the experience.

Sania Ali tailored me the perfect package for Umrah with an affordable price. This included 5* hotels and flights. Her customer service was excellent and I can’t thank her enough. She was available and supported me during and after umrah. Will definitely recommend to everyone. She went out of her way for her customers. I also recommend her to my cousin and she tailored them a very good package too. Will definitely book with her again very soon.

Maryam Muhmmad Ali had really helped us from the initial query up until our return back to the UK. Her support had made our experience extra special and I would definitely book with Safa travels again.
