Safa Travel

Ayeesha Khan helped me with my travel plans. She is swift with her response and I recommend her.

Thank you.

sania explained everything in detail she was kind and understanding

I recently had the pleasure of booking my umrah package with this agency, and the experience was excellent. Their team was professional and was very helpful throughout our journey. Maryam was especially helpful. She was always there to answer any questions that we had and was very helpful. I recommend safa travel to anyone that’s planning their umrah trip.

What a nightmare this company is! Can’t believe someone can drop their honesty level that down especially when someone wants to go to Perform Umrah. They (Tariq) sold me a package on last August and told me to deposit £100 for secure the package which I did. In October, someone named Sania told me to deposit monthly basis. So I decided to put £1000 each month and I deposited £2000 in two months. Then, in December, Usama (Supervisor) told me nothing has been booked and I cannot get that package any more. Seriously!!!!
As per the trading standard, they cannot do this to any clients and they have to give the package which they sold to the clients, but I realised they are doing fraud with their clients by giving good packages before time and when the time gets closer they start their tricks to con the clients and they will have no options to go with them. I was sooo disappointed with them and wanted to go to the police but they are such a player. I have even emailed their support team but I haven’t got any response from them. I asked them many times to speak to their manager but couldn’t get their response. I was then trying to speak to that guy named Usama (Supervisor) but he was not bothered to speak to me in phone and not even bothered to give me call back after giving messages too many times to his staff name Mariyam. They dont give a damn of anything. They dont even care who you are. Once they mis-sold a package to any clients and thats it for them. I had to wait for 3 months to get my £2100 which I paid to this fraud company. I had to contact the company Times Travel Limited to get my full refund, otherwise, I wouldn’t get my money even in 6 months may be. I would suggest everyone to avoid this FRAUD company as much as possible. I am going to make a video soon with all my evidence to make awareness for the people. They dont even deserve one star because they are a disaster company, A FRAUD COMPANY….

Alhumdullilah we were guided through all enquiries, from flight tickets to hotel bookings to transportation. Sister Maryam helped alot, she listened to all our concerns as it was our first time going and she gave us the best and most honest advice which made the whole process go very smoothly.
