Callum and Steve were so polite, friendly and efficient. Really hard working, got our whole garage down in under two hours.
The company as a whole have been great, really competitive quote and easy process from start to finish. We’re so pleased!

Very happy. The quote was the most cost-effective of about four quotes, and Gareth and Harry were there on time and did the job swiftly and professionally, leaving the cellar swept and clean afterwards.

James and Colin turned up at the time quoted, got straight to work and removed my full asbestos garage and a stench pipe in less than 2 hours. I went outside so they could show me what was done and I couldn’t be happier. The communication before hand was quick and easy and I got an instant quote, as this was the most competitive by far that I had had I accepted and work was booked in to be completed in less than a week. I will definitely be recommending this company for value for money and reliability 10/10 all day long. Thank you.

Very efficient service from this company. The communication from them was excellent and we're very quick to answer any questions we had. The job was completed within an hour, and my garage was left spotless! There are no upfront costs or cash requests, and an invoice was sent through a couple of hours later that matched the quotation, so no unexpected surprises either.

Great job by these guys. Communication was good, quote and invoice matched and the job was done when they said it was going to happen.

They said 8am and were there on time, removed the asbestos pretty quickly and cleaned up before they left.
Sent the invoice after the job, no upfront costs!

Safe environment accommodated my urgent request as legally I needed an asbestos report. Report was returned in a timely manner within 1 week of the job complete. I would highly recommend them.

Firstly I would like to say, how easy the process was, from start to finish. From the initial enquiry to the work being carried out.
I initially enquired for my asbestos cement garage to be removed, the price was very competitive, and the lead time suited myself. I was left needing the work doing sooner due to other trades changing dates on me . Safe environment were happy to accommodate this. I would like to say a big Thank you to the two guys who came to remove, who gave up their bank holiday to get the job done early, in what were not the greatest weather conditions. Steve and Gaz I Think it was, were courteous, tidy and quick from start to finish. They are a credit to the company and would highly recommend Safe Environments Services.

Contacted them for a quote to remove a tiny bit of cement asbestos—most of the job was already done. Asked a simple question: can they knock a bit off the price, and can they make good after removal? What followed was a circus of slow, useless replies—minimum 24 hours for each one—stretching over nearly two weeks. Final insult? The new quote was £142 more. For less work. How? Why? No explanation. Just arrogance, incompetence, or both. Time-wasters. Don’t bother.

Safe Environment are an absolute pleasure to work with, professional , knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Communication was amazing from start to finish and works were completed to the required standard.
Although based in Yorkshire, the property which required aertex ceilings removed is based in Cornwall. We live in London so never met any of the team in person but from the moment we accepted their quote - (very easy , user friendly software), we felt we were totally involved in the whole process. All our questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. They took the stress out of the whole process for us. Once they started ceiling removal, the team on site had some queries re local parking etc and were very pleasant to liaise with on the phone. They sent us end of day photos of works achieved. Once old ceilings were removed, the plastering team reinstated new ones and again we received video of all completed works. On inspection later in the week, the property had been left in a good clean condition. We could not have been happier with our choice of company. We totally recommend them.
