We understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially when you rely on convenient access to your storage space. The issue is not a simple repair. A complete replacement door is currently being fabricated and customized for our facility. Due to the manufacturing and delivery process, the timeline is unfortunately longer than we would like.
The good news is that the replacement project is already underway, and the new door is expected to be installed within the next few weeks. We are actively working with our vendor to complete the installation as quickly as possible and restore reliable access for all customers.

I know have a lot of things again and was transient land late fee wave because In a car accident and I was in the hospital for a couple days. Didn't realize my payment was coming up so when I got a hospital when I told him they decided not to Wave the late fee. So I know that's part of their job but it's inconvenient for me because I had a situation where I get to my phone for a while.
