The employee Steve is very kind and perfessional. Helpful with any concerns except the pricing. I was quoted a price and when I got my very first bill it was over by 10 I was told that 24 hour access was extra 25 but on my bill emailed to it said 35. I called and spoke with Steve and he supposedly fixed it, on the very next day ano35 was taken from my ac account after I paid the 25 the day before. Included with my unit cost. The 35 being taken has caused me several fees from other bills not going through. I am disabled and live on only ssdi. I will be removing my items before my next bill is due. And canceling service with this company.
