The best thing ever

It was very clean very safe. The price was good and also the front desk customer service is really good.

Had to cancel initial payment because deal fell thru with moving and withdrawing was simple and received my money back right away
Then when I was ready ordered another storage unit did not shop around because I got so good experience first time

Clean, air conditioned, easy access and safe. Have used many storage facilities over the years but none can compare to SafeGuard!

I’m new I have no issues at all but my credit card information was compromised and I panicked because I am on auto pay. I called the main number and the number of the Location and left messages for a call back but did not get a return call. I drove to the location to give my new information but ER is extremely hard to get in and out of during camp and school hours.

This company and its storage insurance are a complete disappointment. Numerous customers have reported break-ins and missing property, yet in many cases there are no visible signs of forced entry. Despite being aware of repeated theft complaints, the insurer routinely denies claims by relying on policy loopholes instead of standing behind customers when it matters most.

Don't be fooled by the glowing reviews. Based on my experience, they do not reflect the level of service I received. I encourage anyone considering this company to do their own research, read reviews from real customers across multiple platforms, and make an informed decision rather than relying solely on highly positive ratings.

When my belongings went missing, I encountered months of delays, excuses, and a complete lack of accountability. The company refused to provide or promptly review surveillance footage, claiming employees were not trained to access it. Even after I escalated the matter to CEO Mark, the situation was handled poorly. Instead of ensuring an independent review, the same staff members who had delayed access to the footage were involved in reviewing it, raising serious concerns about the fairness and transparency of the process.

After months of back-and-forth communication during and even after I moved out, I was left without answers, without accountability, and without confidence that my concerns were ever taken seriously. In my opinion, the company failed to honor its commitments, handled my case unprofessionally, and demonstrated a troubling lack of transparency from top management down. Based on my experience, I would not recommend storing your belongings with this company.

Drop off door in Bridgeport, Ct. is on a hill. Only one person is realistically able to drop off at a time. However, many people are very inconsiderate about this, & leave their vehicle parked there unnecessarily. Monthly payments cannot be made online, & it is very painful to make them by phone.

Ria is the best. She is helpful personable goes above and beyond to ensure facility runs smoothly and tenants are happy

Very professional, friendly and helpful staff

System double booked me and collected multiple fees. I was suppose to receive credits back, but have not seen them. Need to work on glitch that caused this issue.

Excellent customer support

I've been here @ Safeguard a month now, and the experience is great. Verton did everything to make sure my transition was easy and has been helpful ever since. i definatly recommend.

Great staff clean facility

Outstanding customer service. I think it was Gilbert? who is managing the location. Extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. Answered all my questions thoroughly and even lent me his umbrella so I could get to my car during a downpour.

I got to the facility as they were closing, the person inside was so helpful and still let me open an account since I had already paid to deliver my equipment to the facility. Saved me a lot of hardships if couldn't get it done in time.
