As a school when we had a problem wasp nest that caused an issue. An engineer attended the same day and removed the issue. Resulting in the area safe for children the next day.
Natalia is great! she communicates very well and update on the case. Raise with Community anything what is important.

seamless experience
the company's response time was excellent. Cameron is a considerate and knowledgeable professional, he has a calming and reassuring presence. The issue was solved immediately at a reasonable cost, but they did 2 follow-ups for good measure :)
