Very professional service and accessor was competent and kind.

Great training, informative and interactive!!

The instructor was a former firefighter and was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to confidently answer any question at all which we gave him. This was a five star experience.

I contacted Safe I.s. Ltd to carry out fire risk assessments on our 4 Optical Practices. throughout the process they were really professional and helpful and got us booked in really quickly. Joe Claydon carried out our assessments! he was really good efficient and friendly! gave us loads of advice and we can contact him if we need anything! Thanks for a 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Training was excellent - Tony who delivered our training was ex-fire service, and gave us some great advice on fire safety as well as the training itself. Arranging the training with Safe I.S. was very easy, and the communication both before and after the training was great. Would definitely use them again!

Safe.I.S. were easy to deal with and extremely quick to respond with a quotation and answering subsequent questions prior to order placement. They were able to offer training at a short lead time and on a day that suited us.

The fire warden training was informative, easy to follow and well delivered by the trainer. It was useful to have a hands-on extinguisher demo, which we have not received in the past.

I have used safe I.S for the last 4 years and i have always found it to be easy from booking sessions to the instructors they provide. Always a high standard of education to my employees and excellent communication from all sections of the business.

The fire safety trainer they sent was very knowledgeable and engaging. Email communications with the team were timely and helpful. We would recommend them for business training.

Professional service start to finish. Fire Risk Assessments carried out for two premises. The risk assessor took the time to explain his observations clearly whilst carrying out the assessments. Reports were compiled in a timely manner and subsequent quotations for remedial work sent over in due course. Reasonably priced and good quality reports which are easy to follow and implement next steps. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Safe I.S. Ltd who provided our business with Fire marshal training, which was carried out by Wayne Porter. Wayne is highly experienced trainer in the field, provided 3 excellent Fire marshal training sessions leaving all our staff feeling confident in their roles, good understanding of fire/evacuation procedure and confidence using a fire extinguisher using the correct one if needed. Two of the sessions were out of hour sessions to accommodate our shift patterns which I really appreciate. All fully trained and great value for money.

A very easy booking experience of Fire Warden training to include practical fire extinguisher element; our trainer Wayne presented with enthusiasm, encouraged participation and explained well throughout. Would recommend to all.

We used Safe I.S. for our Fire Risk Assessment, when contacting them the staff were really polite, friendly and helpful, they booked an appointment for an assessor to attend our site at a convenient time, they even sent an information leaflet to explain the process, which was clear and concise. The assessor arrived on time and was very approachable and professional, we received our report with no problem what-so-ever and are very pleased with how everything was dealt with efficiently and effectively. I would definitely recommend them to fellow customers and suppliers.

The actual course and trainer was very good, the planning of the course and repeated cancellations was not.
