Great Course
The trainer, Wayne, was great - really informative and engaging. We all feel confident in our roles as Fire Marshalls and he gave us loads of information on how to improve our evacuation plans.

Great service
We have recently had a Fire Risk Assessment with Safe I.S and I would highly recommend. The Inspector onsite was very helpful and helped with a few questions we had. We received the report soon after the Inspection and this was a very detailed, clear report.
Would use again for any services we may need.

Never use this company for fire risk assessment. You couldn’t have a chance to talk to the assessor after you received the report.

Upon receipt of this review, we do feel this review is factually incorrect and quite unfair.
It is correct, that we ask for all initial queries being asked from a Fire Risk Assessments to be left in writing via email. This is done for various reasons but mainly our assessors are site-based, meaning they can not always take calls and emails are a far quicker way to receive a response (as responses can be issued during the evening on occasions). Also, we need to ensure there is no confusion as to the question being asked and the answer can be provided correctly. The reports we produce are legal documents therefore we need to ensure the answers are clear/concise and there is no confusion as to the answer being provided.
We were then advised that as English was not your first language a call would be beneficial, so we arranged this for you at our assessor's first available time which was on Friday (2 days after your request). The assessor was unable to call earlier as he was on other clients' sites and traveling.
There was only one question asked, based on a 43-page report, and this question was answered immediately on the phone call with the assessor (and would have been answered even quicker should the request come in via email).
We would ask that you re-review your star rating/review and update it to reflect.

Complicated Fire Risk Assessments
SafeIS carried out 2 substantial fire risk assessments for us, and the entire process (despite being complicated in nature) was carried out efficiently. The customer service is excellent, with quick responses and staff being prompt at answering queries.
All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Great course
Great course - the feedback from our employees who attended the course was that it was great. Really well run, and the chap running the course made it fun and enjoyable. He had great real world examples to highlight the points he was making. Being able to hold the course at our office was so much more convenient than having to attend an off-site course. We will definitely be using them again for the next course.

Excellent Fire Risk Assessign company.
Well supported from the start to the finish of the process, by the support team (Chloe). Assessors visiting health and social care services, ensured they met all the current COVID and Infection, Prevention and Control requirements, along with the needs of the service and people supported. Accurate and in-depth reports were provided after assessment, which enabled remedial actions to be taken where required.
