Amazing experience! Sarah rearranged her own day and childcare to fit me in and would always get back to me no matter the time of day ☺️ Sarah was so knowledgeable, patient and went through everything in detail. I would 100% recommend Safe Journey Car Seats, my little girl loves her Axkid One 2 ☺️ thank you!

Sarah fitted the Axkid one 2 into my car yesterday for my 13 month old twins. There was no rush when she fitted them, was really thorough when showing me how to install and fit and has also answered my text messages with picture to make sure the twins were sat correctly. Really excellent customer service coins to have asked for more. They had their first trip in them today to go see nanny and grandad and we didn’t hear a peep out of them. Thank you!

I have nothing but praise for Sarah and Lucy at Safe Journey Car Seats. My first experience with them was a year ago (wow, time flies) and I forgot to write a review then - sorry! I had only recently heard of/learnt about extended rear facing and my eldest had been in a forward facing seat for two years. Needless to say, I wanted to swap her back to rear facing as soon as possible once I learnt how much safer it is. I spoke to Lucy first via messenger and booked in an appointment with Sarah to demo a few different seats. I was initially interested in the BeSafe Stretch but Sarah also showed me the Britax Maxway Plus which had not been on my radar. However, it was on sale and we could buy two for less than one stretch which was great as we had a spare for my youngest to move into within the next couple of months. Sarah showed me how to install the seat so I am very confident in how to install them and fit my girls in now.
I have messaged Sarah and Lucy so many times since (sorry!) with fit checks/questions as my girls have been growing and I always get helpful advice back.
Most recently I have been messaging Lucy again about buying a 36kg ERF seat for my eldest to keep her rear facing for as long as possible and to make space to fit three across in my car as baby 3 is due this autumn (we will move one MWP into my husband’s car so we don’t need to keep swapping seats over). Lucy listened patiently and recommended the axkid minikid 3 as it is slimlined to fit three across easily, and informed me of when it would be part of a big sale. Sarah then showed me how to install it in my car in a number of positions, and has been quick to respond as I’ve been pestering her as my daughter and I have been getting used to the new seat. As always she has been quick to respond, offering super advice to iron out any “teething issues” with the new seat.
Thank you so much to both Sarah and Lucy for all your support. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to buy a car seat and since finding you I now wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We needed a new car seat after a crash and I was able to message Sarah and Lucy on chat at about 9pm! This was such a surprise and a great relief after the day we'd had, and the excellent service did not end there. It's clear that Safe Journey Car Seats really do care about what's best for your child; there's no hard sell, nothing is too much trouble and the knowledge they have shines through. Sarah couldn't have been more helpful, understanding and patient when it came to choosing and installing our new Axkid Move. I cannot stress enough how amazing Safe Journey Car Seats is and how reassuring it is to know that my little boy is safe and happy in his new car seat. Thank you so much for everything 😊

We had a lovely experience with safe journey. They asked plenty of questions before the appointment to see what we wanted and what budget we had. At the appointment Sarah was very knowledgeable and demonstrated the seat and showed us how to fit it so we felt confident to do it ourselves. As first time parents we want to ensure we’re doing the best we can for our baby in terms of his safety and comfort when travelling and I cannot recommend Safe Journey Car Seats enough. Can’t fault the service Sarah provides - I initially messaged asking for advice about which seat to buy and had an instant response from Lucy who recommended a seat based on our car and our baby’s size/centile, and also let me know there would be a sale soon so not to buy just yet. Then booked an appointment to have the seat fitted once purchased with Sarah, who was friendly, informative and obviously passionate about keeping children as safe as possible. We came away confident that our little girl will be safe in the car for a long time and felt confident that if we have any issues or questions Sarah would be on hand to answer them.

We travelled two hours to safe journey car seats and would happily make the journey again. Brilliant customer service! Great advice and recommendations and found what worked to suit our family. We were fully expecting to have to replace two car seats as well as buy an additional but Sarah found a seat to suit our needs without having to replace existing seats, and we definitely appreciate the saving.
Also great at rearranging due to a family emergency and then fitting us back in before baby was born.

Nothing was too much trouble for her and she’s clearly passionate about keeping every child as safe as possible in their car seats. Excellent service both times we have used Safe Journey.

Sarah was brilliant, very friendly and personable. With the range of seats out there it's easy as a parent to feel anxious and confused so I was relieved when she took the lead, explained everything, answered every question and I left knowing my kids were safe. She installed and demonstrated everything and we were beyond happy with the care and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I needed a car seat quick and they were quick to respond and help me find the right one. They sent in next day delivery free of charge and even helped me install on Sunday and bank holiday Monday! I wanted to go with a company that would be quick to respond to me and help fit the seat as I have no shop near me that could and they did everything I needed!!

Very knowledgeable and assisted us in choosing a new car seat, then helped via chat on the fit of the seat (as we were too far to travel to see them in person). Very pleased with the seat and our daughter also loves it

We approached Sarah as she was our local independent retailer for extended rear facing car seats. She was helpful and full of information from the start and we discussed the seat I was interested in. She told me in advance that the retailer would be having a sale soon which I was not aware of. We met her in person and she she showed us the seat we were interested in and how to use and install it. Really quick delivery and Sarah dropped it off at our house herself. Would definitely recommend and buy from her again.
