Fantastic from start to finish. Answered all my questions, ordered the seat and booked me an appointment to have the seat installed. They fitted it for me, while showing me exactly how to do it myself. Fabulous customer service from some great people. Thanks again!

Sarah and the team responded quickly to my queries and are always so helpful. We've purchased a car seat from Safe journey car seats previously but needed an additional seat. We were able to get advice on availability quickly and shipping was super fast. I love that I can access remote support for fitting if ever needed for the lifespan of the product, it's so reassuring.
The Britax Maxway Plus itself is great. Easy to install once you get the hang of it, super comfy and safe for our little one and gives a compact fit (compared to other extended rear facing seats) so there's still plenty of leg room in the front.

Excellent service, quick delivery and a well packaged product.

Sarah came and fitted an Axkid Minikid 2 into my Ford Kuga today, she was lovely, informative and professional. A little blip in communication on fb messenger but all turned out GREAT and we love our seat and knowing it is correctly installed by an expert. The price was great and advice/installation included. Great service and advice

Car seat was great and arrived quickly. However, they advertised a free Britax accessory pack to go with it and yet that never arrived. They also ignored all emails I sent to them. The initial emails they did send to update me about the order and delivery were full of errors and one didn't even make sense because the words were all jumbled up.

Car seat = great.
After-sales customer service = non-existent.

On 19th July you replied to my Trustpilot review and denied seeing any of my earlier emails. You also said that you’d replied, but I haven’t received that message at this end. I also still haven’t received the safety pack, despite you saying that it was posted out after being missed in error. It’s now the 24th July and I’m still waiting.

Super quick delivery and amazing communication

Safe journey car seats made buying a rear facing car seat for my granddaughter really really simple even though it was a tricky car to fit to. It was all done virtually and I’m so pleased with the fitting and my granddaughter loves the car seat.

Fantastic service and support after purchase

Simple order process & speedy delivery. My only (slight) criticism was with the free accessory pack which was not received at the same time as the car seat. I called to ask why and was told that it would be arriving separately as they were awaiting stock, apparently I should have had an email telling me this but I hadn’t, could have saved me the phone call. Pack arrived after 2 weeks and overall I’m really happy & cust service over the phone was excellent

Absolutely fantastic service! Very knowledgable and helpful and answered our numerous questions while we tried to decide on the next seat for our daughter. They arranged delivery on a day of our choice and then helped virtually every step of the way when we fitted the seats in our cars. We will for certain be using Safe Journey car seats in the future!

Ordered from here on 15th June. No communication from them at all until they cancelled the order on the 20th June due to no stock. Not even an apology email, just a generic refund email

Incredible people who are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and you can see how passionate they are about ensuring your baby is as safe as possible.
They have been great prior to my purchases too when I’ve messaged about questions about possible car seats & nothing is ever too much trouble.
When my little boy is ready for his HBB I will be returning!
You get an incredible service, a service that you would not get close to if you went and purchased from a standard retailer (although standard retailers would not sell car seats to this standard & most are not Swedish plus tested).

Sarah came to fit two Britax Maxway Plus’s to mine and my mums car, along with a spare set of tethers in my partners car, and could not have been more patient and helpful! Each of the three cars needed the tethers installing in a different way which she explained and demonstrated, and spent additional time reassuring my nervous mum who came away so pleased with the whole experience. She was fantastic with my almost 5yr old (who loves his new seats!) and went above and beyond offering advice on all sorts of things, even checking the manufacturer guide of our new car to see if we could ERF three across the back in future if needed. Can’t recommend Safe Journey Car Seats enough, they were brilliant from start to finish xx

These ladies are incredible. They really go above and beyond to help and advise you. They travel to meet you when needed & they will do their best to advise over messenger if unable to meet.
They have so much patience too. Im so glad i found this page when purchasing my LG new car seat. & i will definitely be back when shes high back booster age!
