George, in response to your comments dated April 20th, 2026.
The poor service rendered by your company as outlined in my previous poor rating, can be supported by Geico assessment of damages; however you are missing the point. The claims were denied because Aimirim General Services , driver of transport courier (Lenno Souza) was not listed on the policy. Letter on file to support same. I will be happy to provide claim number that all supported pics were sent to Geico and verified of damage by their adjustors. Customer be aware!! AGAIN CUSTOMER BEAWARE!!!
This happen in Nov 2025 and they are just responding. Numerous calls, emails etc; were made to Safemile. No response.

Don't trust this company!! They fool people . Service was not provided and money that was charged never was returned. more then 2 months passed and I can’t get my money back. I don’t know who those people that wrote all these nice reviews and if it is true, but I had very bad experience with Safemile Auto Transport . I never will recommend them . Don’t trust them!!!

Everything thing went very well with the transport of the 1976 VW bus that I had shipped from Montana to San Francisco. The world of cross country car transport is a strange one with a lot of pressure tactics. Safemile was clear and easy to deal with, did everything they said they would, and was reachable when I had any questions

I used Safemile Auto Transport to ship my car from Great Neck, NY to Laguna Hills, CA. The price was fair — originally quoted at $1,500 but negotiated to $1,220 — and the pickup went smoothly. The driver was professional, did a proper inspection, and the car was delivered in good condition with no damage.

The main issue was communication and delivery timing. I was told the trip would take 6–7 days, but the car was pushed for delivery only 4 days after pickup, well before I arrived in California. I had to chase updates myself, and at one point the carrier threatened storage fees if I couldn’t accept early. In the end, the dispatcher worked with me and arranged delivery the evening I landed, but the process was more stressful than it needed to be.

Overall, Safemile delivered as promised, and the price was solid for cross-country open transport. Just make sure to get the delivery window clearly confirmed in writing and expect to be proactive about communication.
