Very helpful and reliable in assisting me to find the right laptop - could also get through on the phone which is a credit for an online business these days! Clean product and great deal - they also gave the option of viewing direct pictures of the warehouse item beforehand. So am overall really happy with the service provided and will continue to use as a repeat customer. Many thanks safepc :-]

One of the worst online retailers I've ever used.

Was informed they had stock when they didn't.

Took almost 2 weeks to ship the goods I bought, then they weren't delivered.

They were shipped again and I only received 2 of the 8 items I'd bought.

After emailing they told me they'd ship the rest which took more than another week.

When the other items were sent it was still short by 2 products, only then they informed me they did not have the stock.

The items were meant to be refurbished but they simply were not, they were filthy and looked like they'd just been collecting dirt.

After shipping back to them they took 3 weeks to pay my money back.

When I made my purchase to begin with my credit card was compromised later that day after an unauthorised attempted use and then blocked.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO. They also have other websites so beware, the trading company is called Nyal Tech.

Great experience here. Safepcdirect are no doubt at the top of their game when it comes to computers and their store is no different. The customer services were very helpful with me and during my own personal experience visiting the store I had my queries met with accurate responses to components I wanted for my laptop; RAM, SSD and a laptop cooler. I got what I came for and I have no complaints!

Purchased a laptop from Safepcdirect for a family member through their website. It was easy and the online experience was brilliant, straight forward search engine took me straight to the brand i was looking for. They had a good choice of models in various conditions which allowed me to select a laptop within my budget. The length of warranty also gave me piece of mind when purchasing a second hand product.
