Audible Fidelity レビュー 

I use this service for few years unless the lockdown. I realised that I pay £12.64 and not even allowed to get any book for this money. I tried to argue my account fees and total absent of service and revive no respond AT ALL. I tried to cancel them and seems like I have to swap my cards just like some money still your card details and taking money monthly from you.
If short - thief.
There is plenty of other services for better deals and you do not need such a big credit monthly especially for no service. Check out: LitRes - listen. Much cheaper and more reliable.

Customer services sorted out my issues..Very happy with the way it was dealt with.will definitely use again.

Fantastic service had a faulty Denon AV amp it was sorted quickly. I will be back!

Great prices advertised but customer service extremely poor, have now had to have faulty products fixed 3 times and now company not interested in resolving but hiding behind any excuse they can , some companies pride themselves on customer service but not this one

Ordered 2 weeks ago Q acoustics speakers, delivered whitin 4 days with DPD. Made my second order this week, Yamaha network receiver, delivered in 3 days. Best prices on the web, Shipping to Europe is no problem for them. I can higly recommend this company.

Sorry, i live in France and my english is not very good, but i'm sure good enough to say that the team Audible Fidelity is fantastic ! I am very satisfied with my purchase in their shop !
I was looking since a long time for a soundbar YSP 2700 when i see the product in their website with a good price. After few questions on the site, they answer me quickly and friendly so i decided to order with them !
I received the material very fastly at home. The product is very good and the sound is great !

A lot of physical shop and website should take example on them !

I ordered a stereo receiver ( Onkyo TX-8020) from their WEB site mainly on price and promise of prompt delivery ( next day). The order was confirmed by the company and the full payment left my account 2 days later. When the goods had not arrived after a further 5 days and having received no information from the company I used Paypal ( my method of payment) to open a dialogue but Audible Fidelity failed to respond to my email. I went into dispute mode with Paypal and have received a full refund.
This company gives no indication of stock position on their WEB Site which is where I went wrong. If you use their WEB site telephone the company and check the stock position before committing your hard earned cash.

I can't fault my experience with Audible Fidelity and Brady in particular. After a bad break up I wanted to refresh my living space inc my equipment and he was professional but sympathetic and gave me a fair trade in price on my existing equipment and made the whole process (which I was dreading) into a pleasure rather than a chore. Can't recommend highly enough. Already looking at other musiccast purchases with them

Audible Fidelity were a joy to deal with. From being offered tea or coffee the first moment i walked in to collecting my order a number of weeks later. Throughout my questions were responded to quickly and honestly and nothing appeared to much trouble.
I must say Brady Deeprose i a credit to the business as I dealt with him the majority of the time. Many thanks to Audible Fidelity

I make an order for equipment, after a week without delivery, I call them - they said that my thing is not in stock and I need to wait two weeks before they will get it. Offer me discount, because I was going for holiday I agree for it. 3 weeks after no sign of discount money or equipment. Contact them again, asked what about they said they can't give me a discount and I need to wait few more days for delivery! Cancelled straight away and ordered with competition - get it next day without a problem.
Not recommend Audiblefidelity to any one - especially that they constantly making complaint about my review.

I can't recommend the team at Audible Fidelity enough - I recently purchased a Denon/Dali HT package, and the customer service I received from Mark and the team was simply the best. They made the entire process as pain free as possible, and I was consistently updated on progress. Items were shipped when they said they would be shipped, and packaged very well for delivery.

All in all, I would thoroughly recommend you stop by and check these guys out - they know what they are talking about, have competitive prices and above all, their customer service is second to none.

Upgraded to a Marantz AV8802A from a AV8001. The trade in deal was excellent plus I also still qualified for a free iPad! Mark even went to the trouble of personally delivering and setting up the processor. I will definitely be recommending and purchasing from them again in the future.

I was looking for my first audio-visual receiver but wanted one that was not only capable of doing justice to movie soundtracks but would also sound great with music.

Mark, at AudibleFidelity had no hesitation in his recommendation of a Marantz SR 7010 and gave me a price that just couldn't be beaten.

The unit was with me the next day and after set up I knew that Mark's advice had been spot on. The receiver sounded great, no matter what it was playing, and I have never missed my stereo amp in the slightest.

I have contacted Mark on a few occasions for help regarding the Marantz and have always received prompt , courteous, and relevant advice. The after sales support has been exemplary.

I will definitely be returning to AudibleFidelity when I am next in the market for some more AV equipment as I feel that their prices and service are difficult to beat.
