Achat de billets via l'application
Achat de billets via l'application, les billets ne sont jamais arrivés le jour même, nous avons attendu devant l'entrée pendant 3H pour rien, service client joignable uniquement par mail, délai de réponse très long et ils ne veulent pas rembourser.
Plusieurs personnes dans notre cas devant l'entrée, problème récurent à priori.
Nous avons perdu 76 €, malgré mes réclamations aucun remboursement n'est accepté au motif que l'heure était dépassée (Forcément nous n'avons pas eu les billets...)
Une véritable arnaque
La réponse de la société est la démonstration de l'arnaque : " Tout d'abord, nous sommes désolés d'apprendre votre mauvaise expérience. Pour examiner votre cas, pourriez-vous nous envoyer un e-mail à supportsagradafamilia-tickets ? Notre service client vous apportera une réponse dans les plus brefs délais. Merci!"
C'est vraiment du grand art j'ai précisément envoyé plusieurs mails à cette adresse et les réponses ont été qu'ils remboursaient pas car j'étais arrivé en retards (précisément car je n'ai jamais reçu les billets après le paiement) ils doutent de rien et promènent les pigeons....

Sagrada Familia, wonderful but expensive.
Booked my visit to the Sagrada Familia in December 2022, it went fine with the booking site, but is too expensive, I’m from Rome and honestly I compare all the places I’m visiting around rhe world with Rome’s monuments prices.

I have bought two tickets some days ago and NEVER received any support (they say support is 24h 7 days but most of times when you write in the chat it says they are offline!)
I have never received my tickets via mail!
I've sent emails but no-one answered!
The only thing that they are able to do is taking money from your card!!!
IT'S A SHAME DO NOT TRUST ON THIS WEBSITE!!!

Totalmente ROBADA Y ESTAFADA
Me siento totalmente robada, pagan seguramente para aparecer como primeros en la búsqueda de google y NO SON EL SITIO OFICIAL. Se ganan mas de 12 euros siendo una engaño, elegí desafortunadamente al ser turista y no conocer que son una página de REVENTA DE TIQUETES, FUI TOTALMENTE ENGAÑADA, Luego vi que el valor de la entrada que me vendieron, en la página oficial cuesta 26 euros y a mi me cobraron 38 euros, este mismo valor en la página oficial incluye subida a las torres, ES TOTALMENTE UN FRAUDE LO QUE HACEN EN ESTA PÁGINA, VOY A CONTARLO EN TWITTER, FACEBOOK E INSTAGRAM, PARA QUE LA MAYOR PARTE DE PERSONAS NO CAIGAN EN LA ESTAFA EN LA QUE YO CAÍ.

Nunca recibi los tickets comprados sin embargo si cobraron los 76€!!!
Ninguna explicacion, simplemente un correo enviado 2 horas despues de la prevista diciendo que habian enviado todo. La experiencia de compra con uds ha sido desastrosa, hemos sido estafafos y no recooendare su sitio a nadie pues considero que sois unos ladrones
