Ship was great, but the cartonage ist always a letter - the nice postcards and the package of the braclets always comes destroyed ... thats is sad the postcards have a good design to show up

Love the bracelet
Love the bracelet and I still love it, however a bit disappointed whit the knot system. It bevolen loose and turns around my wrist. Contacted them for a solution but did not get an answer. I stand corrected because 1 week later i got a reply. They told me that it wasn't normal and sent me a new bracelet. I'm very grateful for this intervention.

Smaller than it seems
Was a little bit dissapointed because the bracelet looked a lot bigger than it actually is.
But It is for a gift, so i hope she will like it.

The delivery leadtime is approx one week. The GLS tracking website is not updated but it's not under Sailbrace responsability.
