I cannot thank Sarah and the team enough. There efforts have been outstanding and they have continuously gone above and beyond throughout the whole process.

Sarah's level of customer service has been truly outstanding.

Throughout my purchase there have been some rocky periods due to the sellers side however even up until the day of competition I was confidently reassured by Sarah and supported every step of the way.

Sarah was always on hand for a video call at short notice. She also went the extra mile even on day of competition to support me picking up the keys after hours.

I would recommend Sarah and the Sail Legal team to anyone in the future and I will certainly be using them again.

I personally dealt with Sarah & Jamie at Sail Legal. From the initial interaction i was immediately put at ease. They were both caring and considerate and understood my needs regarding the sale of my property. Communications were fantastic! Despite me emailing out of office hours i would always receive a reply in a timely manner. They regularly went above and beyond to answer my queries and chased constantly to get my sale completed. Just incredible. Sarah, Emma & Edwina were the perfect team to help us navigate both our leasehold sale and onward leasehold purchase. It was so refreshing to have a legal team that take advantage of online tools and operate outside of the 9-5. The tears of happiness and frustration during the 4 month process are nothing but mere blip now, and I thank the team sincerely for their professionalism and (humour) throughout the process. Sarah and the team at Sail were singled out as the best and most supportive legal team in the whole chain of our recent sale / purchase for good reason. Not only did the chain have to contend with a large non local conveyancing firm whose name is three initials and who were incredibly unresponsive, but there were also a load of complex nuances with the property I purchased.

Sarah and team were great communication wise throughout (doing Google meet video calls with me and actually proactively chasing and communicating with other parties/solicitors in the chain), and had a depth of knowledge of more quirky property features that the ‘more standard’ solicitors struggled with - flying freeholds, lack of rights, Deed amendments etc…

Definitely my best experience of conveyancing to date and view of others in the chain was that Sarah and team stood our heads and shoulders above the other solicitors used by the chain.

I had an amazing experience with sail when selling my house. They remained in contact throughout and fully explained each step to me as I have never sold a property before. They were always available when I had a query and responded promptly. Very grateful to Jamie who kept me on track throughout!

We used Sail legal for our house conveyance. Really helpful company from start to finish and Sarah went above and beyond what you would expect from a solicitor. Having dealt with other solicitors i would say that these are by far the quickest to get things done.

With previous bad experiences we’ve had with solicitors and their lack of contact, we were on the hunt for a solicitor that would make our house move as stress free as possible, and Sarah (SAIL Legal) did exactly that!

She went above and beyond from the very first day we contacted her, throughout the entire buying and selling process. She was available to speak to at any time (something which had been lacking with every other solicitor we’ve used previously) and provided a 5* experience throughout.
