The absolute most beautiful place you can imagine to stay. We had 13 nights in this gem in the middle of Gallipoli. Scott and his team were exceptionally nice, and made us feel at home straight away. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast included in our stay. An extra plus was the lovely roof terrace with sun all day.

Fantastic interior – artistic and beautiful. The apartments are spacious, with comfortable beds, fully equipped, and perfectly located in the heart of Gallipoli. The owner provided outstanding service and was always available. The terrace is amazing.

The only downside is that the bathrooms are directly connected to the bedrooms, offering limited privacy. But overall we loved the stay!

Our stay at this apartment in Gallipoli was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who was always available and full of great tips about beaches, restaurants, and local attractions.

The apartment is spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We immediately appreciated the attention to detail: efficient air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The highlight was the panoramic terrace overlooking the old town – the perfect spot for sunset aperitivos.

The location is excellent: just a short walk from both the beach and the lively town center, yet in a peaceful residential area. Check-in was smooth and flexible, with great communication from the host throughout.

We stayed at Palazzo Salapolis in Gallipoli, Italy. Scott, the host, was helpful, attentive and kind. He had inside information about the culture of Gallipoli and other parts of Italy. Francesco and his family were there daily and we truly enjoyed the service and help they provided. The apartment was clean and lovely (colorful). The bed linens and towels were luxurious. The apartment was minutes walk from the beach and accessible to all the old town dining. It felt like home - we stayed a full month!

Tolles Appartement mit Dachterrasse in der Altstadt von Gallipoli. Sehr sauber. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Parken am Hafen war auch kein Problem, man ist nach ca. 5-10 Min am Appartement.

Great apartment, well equiped with everything we needed, very clean and cozy.
Great location: in the heart of the historic town; 4 min walking distance from the parking lots.
Great host: very helpful in providing useful information, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
Breakfast: coffee and fresh products!

I recently had the pleasure of spending four nights at Palazzo Salapolis in the charming town of Gallipoli and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and exceptional service that set the tone for our entire stay.

The Palazzo itself is a stunning historical building, beautifully restored to maintain its original charm while offering all the modern comforts. The entire building is decorated with a lot of artistic sense in an eclectic style, blending classical elegance with contemporary touches.

Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast spread, featuring fresh local produce, delicious pastries, and aromatic Italian coffee. The dining area was charming, and the attentive staff made sure we had everything we needed to start our day off right.

The location of Palazzo Salapolis is ideal. Situated in the heart of Gallipoli's historic center, it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach Purita of the Ionian sea and the impressive Gallipoli Castle. We also enjoyed strolling through the narrow streets, discovering charming shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The staff at Palazzo Salapolis were exceptional. They were always ready to assist with any requests, offer recommendations for local dining and activities, and ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their genuine friendliness and dedication to guest satisfaction truly set this place apart.

In summary, our stay at Palazzo Salapolis was an unforgettable experience. The combination of luxurious accommodations, artistic and eclectic decor, excellent service, and a prime location made it the perfect base for exploring Gallipoli and its surroundings. I highly recommend this former grand Bourbon residence to anyone looking for a memorable and enchanting stay in this beautiful part of Italy.

My husband and I spent 3 superb nights in this utterly magnificent establishment run with pure love by Scott 👌👌👌.
We had a small medical emergency during the last night and Scott’s unconditional caring went above and beyond our expectations 🙏.
The love in every inch of this magnificent restoration is tangible !
The colours used in the decor are simply marvellous and the attention to detail admirable,
