I had some issues with a loan interest


I had some issues with a loan interest rate going up, the person I spoke with on the phone was AMAZING and helped me get everything figured out in minutes. Great experience.

The application process was quick and easy...literally minutes. The only flaw that we experienced was the medical program major my student chose was not showing so we just chose 'medical' for loan purpose. Now we are pending the school certification process.

My experience could not have been better!!!

I am so utterly grateful for the student loan I received through Sallie Mae,very the process was easy, quick, everything was explained in detail what was happening, going to happen, when it would happen. They made this experience not only possible but also painless and simple. I most definitely recommend Sallie Mae for all you're student loan needs!!!

Smooth and simple process

OMG!!
I was so stressed trying to figure out a way to get my daughter funded for school so she can continue her college journey, I’ve heard about different loan options, but most of them are so difficult to apply for, can have a lot of red tape and if I may be honest, just straight BS
 I’ve been receiving pieces of Mail for months, but one day. I decided to open up a letter from Sallie Mae and went online and applied, the process was so simple. I was pleasantly surprised, in just minutes , the anxiety and stress of not knowing how I was going to secure my daughter’s college dreams was relieved, I’m extremely thankful and glad I decided to look into this, As a parent, I totally recommend anyone in need of financial assistance , for school, to apply through Sallie Mae

Talked to multiple people on Fri July


Talked to multiple people on Fri July 17 and today Mon July 20. All 3 people were outstanding, showing a lot of patience with my computer illiterate status. Walked me through the whole process and we came to a perfect resolution.

Easy to use and quick turnaround time !

This is our second year using Sallie Mae for college expenses. The application process is very easy and they process everything electronically. Their forms are easy to understand. The entire process only takes 2 to 4 business days.

Simple Process/High Interest

The process was simple, but the interest rates are OUTRAGEOUS!!! The interest rates should be criminal.

The only issue wea that were a lot of steps and the process was a little confusing.
