email service was terrific. phone call with the agent was very good. Too bad you don't offer better options for travelers over 70.

Med insurance for 79 year old visitor
I bought insurance for my 79 year old mother visiting the US - AFTER a LOT of research. VisitorsInsurance was GREAT in answering my questions promptly and VERY CLEARLY and politely every single time. They also put me in touch with the insurance provider VUMI Travel VIP per my request. It gave me a lot of peace of mind. I ultimately did not have to use the insurance for my Mom -- the entire experience l had in this process was great. Thank you, Ramesh and Visitors Insurance team!
