Horrible

Horrible! A "supervisor ", Theresa, refused to provide a letter that I requested, told me that was the end of it and hung up! I asked for a letter that is a standard request and that I got from another online bank I have, and she started interrupting me and talking to me with an attitude, I asked to escalate to a higher up and she still interrupted and rudely told me this is where it ends. I told her she doesn't decide that and she said she was not going to talk to me and hung up! How incompetent ! She didn't resolve anything, treated a customer badly, denying the request and on top of everything hung up!!! So disrespectful!!!!
