All trainings are fully certified and taught by highly experienced teachers who are experts within their chosen field. We currently offer 200hr Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Fertility Yoga and Yin Yoga Teacher Training.

Fabulous Pregnancy Yoga Course
The course was fabulous, great information, fabulous classes, real in depth knowledge and experience shared among participants. The course was set at the right level, and was kept interesting all the way through. I would love to do more courses with Sally.

Sally’s 85-hour training was fantastic
Sally’s 85-hour training was fantastic. I was lucky enough to be in a small group of wonderful women who all had something to offer to the ongoing conversation. Sally included Kirsty (pre/postnatal yoga teacher) and Zoe (midwife) in the training who were both so full of knowledge and helpful advice - they added to so much! I am so happy that I made the decision to invest in this course. Thank you Sally.

Sally is fantastic and super approachable teacher. She treats everyone with love and respect, has a great sense of humour and is really knowledgeable. Whether it's her class, workshop, teacher training or retreats, her love for helping people with yoga shines through!

Sally- an amazing teacher
Sally has an amazing teaching methodology. I have now done two courses and a workshop and it has been fantastic. Her knowledge in the field of pre and post natal is mind boggling. I would recommend anyone to do her courses.
