We have recently had a wonderful experience with Salogi Villas, staying at “Le Pergole” near Lucca. This is not our first wonderful experience with Salogi - it is the third time we have worked with Ginevra and each time has been great. Our first trip to Tuscany was in 2004, and 15 years later we contacted them again in 2019 when we decided to go back and rent the same villa outside Lucca. The service was excellent both times and the location was wonderful.
This spring, when we decided to have a small, intimate wedding for our daughter, we contacted Salogi again. They helped us pick the ideal spot by suggesting a number of villas, reviewing them with us, and helping us decide which features would be best for our needs. We ultimately decided on “Le Pergole” for the close proximity to Lucca, the gorgeous setting, pool, grounds and accommodations. The main house sleeps 8 and the smaller house served as the honeymoon suite - absolutely ideal for us! The villa is located on the grounds of a vineyard, and surrounded by grapevines, olive trees, rolling hills and beautiful flowers. The houses were fully equipped with everything we needed. The wedding ceremony took place between two olive trees overlooking the hills of Tuscany, and our dinner and dancing celebration was on the adjacent veranda. Everything was picture perfect!
We had an amazing week and spent many hours at the villa by the pool, having dinner on the veranda, breakfast under the pergola, walking around the grounds, playing ping-pong and relaxing. It was spectacular and we wish we had stayed longer!
The agents at Salogi were very helpful with our trip-planning each time. On our most recent trip last month, we took day trips to Cinque Terre, Florence and Chianti, as well as many short trips in to Lucca, where the agents recommended some great restaurants, shops and bike riding around the wall. They also recommended a florist, a fantastic pasticceria for the wedding cake and a wonderful chef for our celebration!
All three of our experiences with Salogi have been exceptional. Their selection of villas is remarkable. Ginevra and Barbara were ready and willing to answer questions while planning a trip, and were available to help on location as well. We look forward to planning another trip soon!

Salogi is just a wonderful company to deal with.

Ginerva made the whole process stress free - all queries and requests were responded to quickly and they really accommodated our requests e.g. for child high chairs, detailed pre arrival directions and places to visit.
I can honestly say that Salogi are the best company we have ever dealt with in organising a family holiday.
The villa - Il Grapollo -based near Lucca was just fabulous and the owner really took care of us - visiting several times to ensure we had everything we needed.
Everything on this 2 week family holiday of 6 people covering 3 generations was just perfect - pool, cooking facilities, covered patio area, BBQ, en suite rooms etc.

We had an amazing experience in Tuscany and Ginevra was the most incredible resource from start to finish. She responded to ALL of our inquiries in a timely, thoughtful and thorough manner and helped to facilitate one of the best vacations we have ever had in Italy.

We had a group of 11 at Fontanelle for my husband’s 75th birthday. Everything about our stay was perfect. The Villa is gorgeous, each bedroom private and comfortable and the common spaces look like an Architectural Digest spread. We had the big birthday dinner for 16 at a covered outdoor dining room. Everything about that evening was lovely particularly the wonderful staff that took such great care of us. Everything about our stay was all we could have hoped for, including all the help Salogi provided up to our stay. I could not recommend Fontanelle more highly. A superb experience all around!

Everything about the villa rental was perfect. Everyone was incredibly helpful and super friendly. Complete seclusion and privacy in the Tuscan hills.

The whole experience of booking Villa Uva with Salogi Srl in Lucca was easy, efficient and very helpful. The Villa itself was of very high specification. Had everything you could possibly need. Can't speak highly enough about it. We did have a minor problem with the awning one day but within hours of telephoning Salogi it was fixed and dealt with.
The key holders were very helpful and absolutely charming people.
We have no hesitation in recommending Salogi and The Villa Uva.

Villa Macennere was a dream. The villa was perfect in every way, the bedrooms, bathrooms were all huge and great quality. The kitchen was a dream to cook in with everything you could ever need to make a fantastic meal. We were so lucky to be able to use the veggie garden everyday for our cooking, we couldn’t have asked for a better villa. The pool was amazing. The scenery breathtaking. The house manager, Marinella, is amazing and so helpful, she made our stay unforgettable and she is the most fantastic cook. The only downside is the road to the Villa, which was really quite tough.

We had a super time in Malmantile. The house is in top top order (although a duvet on the bed instead of blankets would be nice).
We love the house, the grounds, the environment and were very well hosted by Tiziana and Iva

After four wonderful weeks at Villa Camporempoli we were actually sad to leave. This villa has the most amazing views, is comfortable, oozes with charm, and was large enough for all of our family. It had all the conveniences but really allowed us to immerse ourselves into the Tuscan life. The location is perfect in the Chianti Classico region and nearby many wonderful towns. We used the villa as a base and also explored other areas (many times taking trains from Florence) but were most happy here at the villa. Yes, the driveway is challenging, but it does not take long to figure it out. Marianna is simply amazing as well. She took great care of us everyday, but in such a non-invasive way. It was like magic returning to clean towels, made beds, etc. every day. She was helpful in so many ways. If you want a truly magical experience, Villa Camporempoli is a must.

We really enjoyed staying twice at la Sorgente which was a very nice and charming old farm located in the hills between Luca and the sea side

We rented a villa near Florence to share with our 3 children and their spouses. The villa was exactly as advertised and suited our visit perfectly. Salogi provided directions to the villa, arranged to have the local contact prepare a "real Tuscan dinner" for the evening of our arrival. It was delicious and set the stage for our commutes into Florence and visits to other nearby areas of Tuscany. What a delight!

In September 2021 we spent a wonderful and exciting week at La Sorgente with a group of ten people. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay very much. The villa is very comfortable and spacoius, all rooms are tastefully furnished, the landscape is impressive. The area invites to fascinating excursions.
Our contact at salogivillas was extremely helpful in organising and planning our stay, e.g. she organised a cook for us who several times prepared delicious dinners for us.

From our very first contact with Salogi we were very impressed with the service we received. All the staff go beyond what is expected of them to ensure that your vacation is stress free and relaxing. Due to Covid restrictions travel is not as easy as usual and carries a certain amount of apprehension and stress. Salogi went out of their way to ensure that nothing could spoil our vacation. I cannot stress enough the care Salogi takes of it's guests. Nothing was too much trouble, they checked on us throughout our vacation to make sure we were OK and had everything we needed and this extended beyond our vacation. When we arrived home my husband realised he had left something in the villa - this arrived back on our doorstep this morning with a follow up e mail to check we had received it OK. We have been lucky enough in life to have been able to travel quite extensively throughout the world and I can say without hesitation that Salogi are by far the best company we have had the pleasure to deal with, if you call them and get a different member of staff to the one you were dealing with it doesn't matter because they are all aware of the details of your vacation . We would not hesitate to use them again and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

We are very satisfied with the service of Salogi villa’s! They are very helpful and available ! We had some problems with the owner of a previous rental and they were very comprehensive and arranging . They even gave us a discount on our next rental!

We rented La Castagnara for a full week in June 2021. The place is beautiful with a great view of the Tuscan hills. The road to get there is not the easiest (very steep and narrow) but it is so much worth it ! The house is large, very clean; the bathrooms are beautiful. The house (kitchen...) and the garden (swimming pool, deck chairs) are very well equipped. We were very kindly welcomed by Paola and Giuliano, the owners, who also prepared a delicious meal for us. During the whole week they were always present to answer our requests. A big thanks too to Ginevra of the real estate agency Salogi in Lucca who was very reactive and always there for us. The place was a good "starting point" to visit all the surrounding area (the seaside, Pietrasanta, Lucca, Firenze...). May be next time we will choose to stay in the wonderful garden by the pool resting and admiring the exceptional view on the tuscany hills. A very nice vacation ! We drove over to Italy and after a long 2 days arrived at Villa Alisso. The friendly owner was there to greet us and our dog. The villa was beautiful, better than the pictures. Everything was clean and tidy. Alisso has really big indoor and outdoor spaces and is very private with amazing views from the pool. The pool was cleaned most mornings by the owner and the cleaner came 3 times during the week to keep the villa clean and tidy.
The small town of Camiore is about 5 minutes to drive to and had everything we needed, supermarkets,restaurants, ice cream shops, a beautiful piazza styled shopping and dining area.
We also drove to the coast, the beautiful town of Lucca, Pisa, local waterfalls where we could swim and went paddle boarding in a Canyon. Not bad for a week, most days spending the afternoons back at the pool.
Booking through Salogi villas was easy. Any questions we had before booking were quickly answered and advice from places to go, or where to get my dog vaccinated for re-entry to the UK was readily available in English which made the whole process a lot easier.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Salogi villas and Alisso to anyone and will definitely use the company to book through again.
