DO NOT ORDER. This is a SCAM. They take your money, confirm your order and then you’ll never hear from them again. Several emails have gone unanswered so I’m having to write it off but they are THIEVES, don’t be duped (I bought off the website and not through a FB add).

I am so furious!

I purchased a wobble disc to help with my daughters physio, and it never arrived.

30 days later I wrote to the company and a polite "Alyssa" emailed this:
After thoroughly reviewing the tracking details, it seems your order was unfortunately lost in transit. Incidents like this are uncommon (around 1% of shipments), but we completely understand how frustrating this must be and truly appreciate your understanding.
To make things right, we have processed a full refund to your original payment method. The funds should be back in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

This apparently seems to be the EXACT same email others have received.

I have emailed them 3 times, reported through Shopify who I purchased from (not heard anything), I have now contacted my bank (awaiting response!)

I have NEVER been in this situation and thankfully it is not a huge amount of money but that is not the point! It's the fact I have clearly been scammed.

Angry is not even a strong enough word.

Ordered item over a month ago. Still no sign of its existence. Again emailed company 0 reply even though it states 24-48hr for a respond, i call it BS. By the time this thing decides to arrive my child would be sprinting.

I ordered my Grandson a Slide/Rocker Toy and got all appropriate emails saying order received and then one for dispatched. When no sign of item I chased by email and 'Alyssa' politely replied ( now understand it was AI) number of emails back and forth which appears to be same story others got. It's dispatched give it time, its been lost in transit, full refund processed and finally be patient as take 5-7 business day. I had been checking with my bank and sadly they have advised when I made the purchase that it seemed odd but I confirmed I had made the purchase. They are now looking at a charge back as confirmed no refund being processed. I thought it was safe to purchase as was a Sponsored Facebook advert but seems a total scam!!! Most of the reviews posted here are exactly my feelings too...

Ordered a sensory disk thing for my little girl. When it hadn't arrived I emailed asking why the tracking number was working and was told my order had been lost and it jnky happens to 1% of people and I would receive a full refund. 5 days later I asked about my refund and was abruptly told it takes 5-7 business days and to be patient lol guess what!! 11 business days later still no refund and no replys to any if my emails sent over the last 5 days. Have contacted my bank and they are doing a charge back and gwttjng the mkney back for me. I was able to provide them with all the emails.

Would have been zero star if possible.
Item ordered/paid for 16th Feb, emailed them asking for tracking details when I spotted it had been shipped. I received a prompt reply saying after thorough investigations my parcel had been lost in transit but they would arrange a full refund and I would receive it 5-7 working days.
Refund failed to appear so I asked for transaction details for my bank and was told that they had already processed refund and to be patient. No details were sent. I still have no refund and now no response from them after emailing again. Complete scam - DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS BUNCH!!

Scammers! Ordered in January, told in March item was missing, I was told I would receive a full refund. Of course that didn’t happen.

Never received the product and when I asked for a refund, I never received that as well. Do not buy anything from this site

I placed an order which never arrived. And no refund either. I have been sending emails constantly. Two times a got a response that we have issued refund. After a month of checking i didnt get any refund and now they are not even responding.

Ordered wobble board from this company in January but it didn’t arrive . On contacting the company I was told that I was in the 1 per cent of people where the transit failed and they said they would refund my money in 5-7 working days. 2 weeks later and no sign of my refund. Do not order from this company.

If i could give 0 stars i would, i ordered a present for my son, they kept saying it was the delivery fault that they had ‘lost’ it, was promised a refund, never got a refund and are ignoring multiple of my emails, it had now been well over a month

I ordered a Montessori activity house on 18/1/26 I have not received it, I've emailed several times first I was told it would be delivered in 3 days...it wasn't so I emailed again only to be told that it had been misplaced ! Finally I ran out of patience as we are now in march and ask for a full refund I was told it would take 5/7 working days, I still have not received a refund and have emailed again asking for my money back immediately....I know I've been scammed and I'm disgusted that people can effectively steal your money when you have bought from them in good faith...AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I Wish I had read the reviews before parting with my hard earned cash.

Scam. I ordered 4 wobble disks, and they never arrived.

Con. AI generated replies. Not received product two months on and no order confirmation received only thing I got was the money going out my account. Scam

Terrible service. AI generated responses to a lost order. Finally they said they world refund the purchase price and that didn’t happen either. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Don’t buy from this company, after a month the item didn’t arrive I chased them and apparently it’s lost however I’m still waiting a refund wouldn’t purchase from again

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a clock from them. As we went past the delivery date, sent them an email asking where my clock was. Usual bullsh*t platitudes about 'unexpected delays', 'now dispatched' blah blah blah. Fast forward another 6 weeks still nothing.
Rip off low-life scumbags, avoid them like the plague.

Placed an order January 26, 2026. No communication from them at all. No item delivered.

Do not. I repeat do not order from these people. It is a scam. I've been waiting for over a month. I get no tracking numbers I get nothing to help me track my thing that I ordered for my wife over a month ago and I should have looked at all the reviews before I ordered it. But I was so excited about what I was ordering. I didn't unfortunately so just don't order from these people. They're a big rip-off.
