Fraud, kept waiting a month and tracking didn’t get updated. Dont waste your money.

Place an order for a child’s toy 5 weeks ago still waiting for it to be delivered, have send a couple of emails last one asking for my money back , let’s wait and see , avoid this company at all cost ….
Since writing this review 2 weeks ago i am still waiting for my refund and was told to be be patient as it was send 10 business days ago but was told it would be back into my account within 5-7 business days!

Absolutely horrendous company, avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!! Liars and a con. I ordered an item for my grandson's birthday on the 26th Jan, still NO order... said 3-5 working days!!!!!!!! keep lying, telling me it will be here. Reporting this company to the Ombudsman and Trading Standards

No delivery got scamed by the looks order at beginning of Feb and had my email for tracking and nothing since it said it delivered to the uk

Ordered a product on the 7th February and haven't received anything. Tracking information just says 'ordered created' on 7fh February. Customer service has told me it's a courier/supplier issue. Well I expect it to be written on the website before purchase so people can make their own decisions whether to continue with the order but overall, don't buy from here, you won't receive anything other than a headache.

I am extremely disappointed with my order (Toddler Slide Rocking Toy). I never received my item, and the tracking information provided was not accurate or helpful. It showed updates that did not reflect the actual delivery status, and there was no clear explanation of what happened to my package.

This has been a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better service. Not recommend this website

Order a busy house. Went on to check the status of my order. Been 3 weeks still no product and they’ve changed my order to something completely different. It’s not what I’ve ordered. Very upset. When and if my order does finally arrive I’ll be getting money back. Scam website. Don’t waste your money!

I ordered an item on 19th January and have not received my purchase. My last contact with the company was by email on 20/1/26 to say that my item was being delivered. It is now 14/2/26. Unless you're willing to wait an extraordinary time, do not purchase.

I recently bought an item and it took a while to arrive because customer service said they had a high amount of orders which i totally get for a small business, but when it finally came i can say i am quite impressed with the product
