Sophie, Mike, Amy, and the whole team were amazing all week. The trip was just the right amount of organized with plenty of room to enjoy chill time with the group. It was a great week and I’m looking forward to booking another one.

I had an incredible week with Salt Escapes the first time last year and I'm so glad I joined again!! I love that although each trip is unique regarding the location, (beautiful) villa, activities.... the same vibes, type of people, hospitality, and tough workouts are always guaranteed!! I had a very big surgery a few months ago, and Salt Escapes provided an amazing safe and fun space where I could finally restart my fitness journey. I highly recommend Salt Escapes and looking forward to more salty adventures in the future. You won't want the week to end, exceeds expectations for sure!!!

Another amazing week with Salt Escapes! This was my second escape and my first in Bali. The team brought the same energy and attention to detail to tailor the experience to the destination. The workouts were simple yet challenging, and could easily be modified for different abilities. The food was fresh and delicious. The villa (and that view!!) were straight out of a magazine. Mike and Amy consider everything when planning these trips to strike the perfect balance between activity and relaxation; between adventure and luxury. They are perfect for a solo traveler because all you have to do is book and show up. Everything, including new friends, awaits at the villa. I cannot wait for my next one!

Honestly one of the most memorable and best experiences I’ve had !! Mike and Amy and the whole Salt Escapes team created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone! From the luxurious accommodation to the most delicious food (the best I’ve tasted!)and to the fun workouts that left you feeling sooo good afterwards!! Everyone felt like family at the end of the trip and the memories created will last a lifetime ! Would recommend 10/10 to anyone who is seeking a fun filled adventurous week that’s relaxing but also productive !! Cannot wait to go on another one !! Salt Escapes you have changed the game!! :)

Just finished a week in Bali with Salt Escapes and I cannot recommend this highly enough! It was amazing!
The villa was stunning, the food was perfect and the whole experience of the workouts which always had an excellent vibe and the guys were so good at pushing us on and making them fun, followed by yoga and all the extra treats of massages etc…. It was a brilliant week. Amy and Mike and Sophie and liv are brilliant hosts. Had the best time and am definitely definitely going to book another trip with them soon.

Salt Escapes Bali was truly an incredible experience. Mike, Amy, and their team curated a fun, challenging, and relaxing week, and every detail was carefully planned. The workouts were challenging, but allowed space for different skill levels across the group. Food prepared by the private chef was gourmet, and featured local produce and ingredients at every meal. The accommodations were 5-star. Salt Escapes exceeded my expectations, and I will return.

Bali fitness retreat in stunning villa with sweeping ocean view, magnificently and meticulously prepared cuisine, upbeat and thoughtful fitness and yoga instructors, and great hosts. Really positive team running Salt. They know how to be hype and chill at the right moments. The whole week was a pleasure, every meal was so delicious beautiful and nutritious. Workouts were hard, but that’s how I like it. Also got to get out of my comfort zone a bit surfing, Davie the instructor was super helpful. Probably the best part is that somehow everyone else on the trip was a really great person to adventure and chill with.

Another amazing trip with salt escapes! This year, I booked Ibiza with friends I made on my last escape. Along with meeting new friends around the globe, having amazing foods, awesome workouts & a beautiful villa, this trip did not disapoint. I'm already on the look out for 2025 escapes & I hope to book another one for the new year!

Challenging and fun workouts in a fantastic setting, excellent food, great company - no wonder so many of us came back for more! A great way to balance relaxing with new friends and being active. Would highly recommend!!

This was my third trip with Salt Escapes, and the fact that myself and so many of the other guests had already been on a previous escape speaks for itself.

The villa was amazing as always and the food was exceptional, really varied and making use of local produce. The addition this year of new trainers and yoga teachers has been great (Clem and Soph ❤️) and they did a fantastic job of making sure the workouts suit everyone in the group and fit in with the day’s activities.

Highly recommend & I’ll be back for another Salt Escape I’m sure.

If you are looking for a holiday where you come back feeling strong, refreshed and with a fab group of new friends from across the globe, Salt Escapes is the retreat for you!

Ibiza was my second Salt Escape and I definitely hope to be back for a third - Amy and Mike have a knack for finding the most incredible villas in beautiful parts of the world.

The workouts are challenging but doable and the coaches are great at adapting to all fitness levels. The daily yoga sessions are perfect for recovery. Finally, the added extras such as Boat day are always a highlight and provide a great setting for everyone to unwind and get to know each other.

In summary, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole week and would highly recommend anyone considering Salt Escapes to go ahead and book!

I have just returned from an incredible week in Ibiza with Salt Escapes. This was my first ever fitness retreat and from start to finish the retreat exceeded my expectations.

The fitness sessions were outstanding. The trainers - Mike , Amy , AJ and Sophie were so encouraging and supportive and pushed me to my best. The boxing sessions were my favourite!

The villa the retreat was hosted at was top-notch. After challenging workouts it was so nice to relax and recover by the pool with everyone, there was also a yoga dome for the more mindful recovery sessions, The villa was perfect for bonding as a group and I met such good people on my retreat.

The food was another highlight. Thanks to Chef Rob for making the most delicious and nutritious meals.

Thank you, Salt Escapes, for an unforgettable week! I left feeling stronger, happier and truly refreshed. I can’t wait to come back next summer!

What a week, amazing delicious nourishing food, challenging but enjoyable workouts, beautiful recovery yoga sessions with the best yogi Sophie Deaks. Hiking to beautiful beaches, exploring the island on a private catered yacht for boat day. As always Salt escapes nailed it!
A fitness retreat that truly cannot be beaten. I have been on many retreats but my favourite is Salt Escapes from the trainers they choose, the locations, the accommodation and food wow. The attention to detail and the luxury vibes provided by Mike and Amy is truly unique. This is my 3rd trip and already planning my 4th. Hate writing these reviews as the trips always book out so fast 😂

You’re guaranteed to laugh until your abs are sore (or maybe that was from all the burpees and wall balls), devour delicious farm to table meals that accommodate all dietary restrictions, and wake up in the most beautiful villa with poolside activities all day. Mike and Amy have poured their heart into this company curating the most amazing fitness retreat. The vibesss are so real. All details are so well thought out, so if you’re on the fence, just do it! Nike would approve of this message 🙃

Just back from Menorca and my second trip of the summer, and already excited for my next adventure with Amy, Mike and the rest of the gang (Soph, Andy, Cleo, Robbie!). There really isn’t a better way to spend a week. Fun workouts (that cater for all levels of fitness), amazing local food and the chance to make so many new friends. The warmth you feel from the team is immeasurable, and the giggles you have with your fellow travellers stay with you long after you’re home. If you want a break from the normal routine, which will make you happier than you’ve ever been before, treat yourself to a week with Amy, Mike and the gang at Salt Escapes.

Mike and Amy’s attention to detail reflected in the workouts, the food, the villa, the boat trip, etc. The week felt balanced, with the right amount of intensity with the workouts with Clem, the restoration during yoga with Gem, and the synergy amongst the crew. Also, each meal prepared by Robbie was colourful, creative, and delicious, with fruits/ vegetables often sourced directly from the villa.

The week spent in Ibiza with Salt Escapes was phenomenal! Thanks for putting together a fantastic trip for all of us ✨
