Have always ordered my Harvey Block Salt from Saltandcleanz company. They are really good and usually deliver promptly. This time around I had to chase my order as it was over their 10 day promised period. Will strongly recommend them.

Second time user: great price and ultra quick delivery on my salt order = 5* after good experience last time.
I can overlook lack of warning about delivery day (I just got home and there it was on the doorstep), out of date info on the website and an absence of reply to emails

The price is reasonable and the delivery is quick

My order for Hydrosoft Salt tablets for a very competitive price was completed in a professional manner with a very helpful driver at the point of delivery. Nothing else to add other than I will definitely be using Salt and Cleanz again!!

We had lots of problems - after the order was placed I waited 12 days and then phoned up to find out when we could expect a delivery. No phone call back. . Phoned again, same story. Phoned twice more still no reply. Sent an email and was told we could expect it by a certain date . Date passed , no delivery. Phoned again, no phone call back. And so it went on! And suddenly one day my delivery is on the front porch. Needless to say I will not use this company again. There are others and if customer service is so poor it’s easy to go elsewhere!

Treat this as a customer compliant from a regular customer.

Regular customer but service on this occasion was very poor.

Ordered 10 bags of softener salt tablets. Delivered 9 bags of the right one but the last bag was a substutite (and was cheaper priced).

Made 3 calls now and emailed twice and still no responses. Don't return calls and emails

As a regular customer, now seriously considering buying the product from a different supplier after having ordered from the company for the past 3 years.

Don't want to waste any more time on this.

Placed an order on the 6th April. Only after I placed the order they sent me a order email confirmation stating it will take 10 working days to process, had I have known this I would've placed an order at a later date. I'm not available to take the delivery Thursday or next week. I have called the company 4 times and sent a Urgent email, but still no response! Now I'm having to go through my bank. Poor customer service. Not even worthy of 1 star!

Simple ordering process, reasonable prices, rapid delivery

Last time i ordered with them i had a massive delivery problem they were unwilling to acknowledge so i wrote a bad review… i gave it another go as i didn't have any problems before… they just cancelled my order… talk about childish behaviour…

Everything went very smoothly from ordering to delivery

Ordered Harvey’s salt blocks again from Salt and Cleanz as they have the best deals even when you add delivery charge. What I didn’t expect was delivery the same day! Literally 2hours after I placed the order it was on my doorstep which was totally unexpected as the driver just happened to be in the area with stock in the van! Amazing service and the best price around…thank you!

Iam responding to your reply which I feel as a small business you should take into consideration your customers views on how they felt the order was dealt with which I feel you have not by your response you have given. I placed the order on the 23rd Jan and expected to get an email to confirm this order which I didn’t I had previously ordered from you once before with a confirmation email of the order so found that unusual I kept checking my inbox and junk nothing so I left it a week and contacted you on your number just to get confirmation that you had received my order I got through to a young lady who tried to put me through to yourself but no reply so I tried again later that day as she couldn’t give me that information no reply. I then tried everyday twice a day morning and late afternoon to try and get that information for a week. I spoke to acouple of young ladies and explained my situation to them they tried not only your number but other numbers they said they worked from home and there was nothing else they could do which was understandable.As you can image I was getting so frustrated because all I wanted was confirmation of the order. The first I new that you had received the order was when your delivery driver called to say he would deliver in the next half an hour and was I available when he turned up. I explained everything that happened and how I couldn’t get through to anybody and not knowing if you had even received my order.to which he really didn’t no what to say I kindly asked him if he would put the salt in a safe place for me as I am disabled and wouldn’t be able to carry them which I was very appreciative of and thanked him for his kindness. So to get the reply that you have sent is not the way to deal with your customers. You didn’t even apologise.all I was trying to do was confirm the order. You said on your reply that your a small business but in the next breathe telling me you don’t need my custom anymore which I thought was rather bizarre and not very business like you should expect to get reviews based on peoples different experiences dealing with your company
