The people here really upset me, they have no idea what they are doing or talk g about, I’ve never been so angry with someone in all my life, ordered a white chrome T2 because I thought it looked cool, but they mention black after I had paid for it, talk about numpty , never again.
Very Disappointed!
Placed an order almost two months ago. After three weeks of no communication from the company. When I inquired about my order they said due to wild fires in Canada it has not shipped!!! I asked for a refund and SILENCE!!!! I have yet to see my order or the refund. Will never place an order with this company again.
I bought bottles from them as return gifts, and they truly went above and beyond—helping me choose the perfect ones and engraving my event name on each. The level of personalization was amazing, and all my guests absolutely loved them.
Although it took a while to ship my order, the customer service was lightning-fast and it was explained it was due to waiting for a manufacturer order, I was gracioudly offered a refund or to wait, I chose to wait.
For my order today and they even threw in an extra pack of consumable razor blades, I assume as a gift for the wait.
