I had gastric sleeve surgery nearly 5 weeks ago now and I am very happy with how it all went. I chose Sam patient services because I found the company to be very helpful and their response was very quick. Bilgi was very helpful and even arranged both mine and my daughters surgery so that I could go to her appointments with her as my daughter is a nervous patient. We we're met at the airport and taken to our hotel in the VIP car, the hotel was lovely, just a shame we couldn't use the facilities but that was due to covid. Everything went well at the hospital and my surgery also went well too. Dr Osman was very nice and explained my procedure fully. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hospital manager even bought me a present on my last day. I am very pleased with my overall experience, I have lost 12kg so far. I would highly recommend Sam patient services to anyone who is thinking of going to Turkey to have a gastric sleeve or any other procedure and I thank all of the staff for their help and support 😊

For years I struggled with my weight and one day I bumped into a friend who recently had the sleeve surgery in Turkey and right away I made the decision to do the same. Right away I went online to see who had the best reviews. I came across SAM patient services and started to talk with a rep called “Murat”. He explained everything to me and was not too pushy like other reps for other companies can be. This is something I liked.. I didn’t feel pressured in any way. When I arrived in Izmir I was met at the airport and brought straight to the hospital and was met at the doors by a number of staff, one being the loveliest translator who to this day still messages my partner to see how we both are. I was fed that night but all I wanted was the pasta (was weirdly the nicest pasta I’ve ever had haha). The next morning I had a lot of investigations by many doctors to see if I was fit for the surgery. After all of this when it was time for my surgery I was taken down and waved off by Murat and his friends and I felt really safe even with the language barrier. My surgeon spoke some English and was the nicest man I’ve ever met. I don’t actually remember wakening up in recovery but when I got back to my room I was sore and felt so sick.. but the nurses were amazing and got me painkillers as often as they could (when I was due more). Although I was sore they helped me get on my feet pretty soon which was the best possible thing for me to do. I was lucky to have my partner there supporting me.. I would do it again alone but it’s nice to have someone with you. By the second day I was feeling great. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received and the Turkish nurses are by far the nicest nurses I’ve ever come across. They made me feel so special and welcome. We all used google translate to talk and they honestly wanted to get to know me as a person and not just do their jobs. They went above and beyond. The only thing I would change is not taking an extra week to visit some of the beautiful sights in Izmir. The local people were all so lovely to my partner when he was out and about. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a direct flight at the time (thanks to covid 19) but I definitely recommend you do get one if possible. Oh I should add that my surgeon Dr Osman Uyar is still available to talk to me on instagram or WhatsApp if I have any questions as I Murat. Murat is brilliant and is always checking up on me to see my progress.
Now to the most important part.. I had my surgery 10 weeks ago and I now have 2stone 11lbs off. I’ve went from 230lbs to 192lbs. Roll on the next few months of getting slimmer, happier and healthier. Thank you again everyone involved in my care ❤️.

I went to Turkey to get veneers.
From the moment I arrived in Turkey I was greeted by the team at Sam dental.
I can not express in words how at ease I felt by all the team.
Sam dental were there from start to finish answering all my questions and reassuring me throughout my treatment it was a big and worrying experience , had I not had the support and care from Sam dental I would have been lost!!!
The service and support I received was second to none and in the future If I do decide on any treatment in Turkey I would look no further than Sam dental!!!

From the very first enquiry to arriving back home after surgery the continuous communication and help that I received from Bilgi was absolutely amazing, I would recommend to anyone. Our surgeon was so fantastic and treated me amazing, I have had surgery before and never have I ever known such a trustworthy team and felt that they genuinely genuinely do care. I really had no expectations but I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient they was. I was really nervous as it’s daunting flying abroad to have surgery but I really felt so comfortable and safe in their hands. The staff were soooo lovely and friendly. My only negative thing I would say is that I had to have a psychologist as an interpretation due to the language barrier. Nurses and the surgeon would often take my night gown off as I was half asleep and expose my breasts in front him and other non medical men which I didn’t like and thankfully my mum was there to keep covering me up. That’s the only bad point. They do not protect your dignity and privacy at all. Other than that, I would recommend.

All I can say is my whole experience was perfect, the staff were amazing my translator was with me at all times when needed, ride from the airport and back was good when I got picked up from the airport the taxi was already there waiting for me, staff were brilliant as soon as I arrived at the hospital, the doctor came round to see me a lot witch was very good perfect experience will definitely be coming back here for something else

I was picked up by a Mercedes which was a nice start.Bilgi and 2 other SAM staff members were waiting for me in the hotel lobby. They are a friendly welcome team. They had arranged my room in the Rama Hotel about 50 meters from the hospital which was excellent.
They wanted payment immediately which I was worried about, however,
this was silly of me because they did everything they had promised and more. I put my things in my room and went for my tests and a few hours later I went back and had my first eye done. The surgeon is a friendly welcoming man very caring and gentle.
I went back the next day for tests.
On 3rd day my second eye was done 4th day all tested okay. 5th Day I was picked up by the same Mercedes and taken to the airport.
I'm now looking at having my teeth done at the same amazing hospital.
Recommend to anyone.

When I arrived at the airport, a really nice car was waiting for me. SAM staff was waiting for me in the hotel lobby. They have a friendly welcome team. We drank coffee and talked about my journey. They really became my friend.I went to the hospital on the second day and the hospital was really nice and my doctor is the best!!! in my opinion. I'm really happy now. He did the best surgery for me !! I will come once again for different surgery :)

I recently had both lenses replaced in my eyes and I can't say how impressed I was by my visit.
I was met at the airport by my driver who took my straight to my hotel, The Encore Ramada where I was met and greeted by the team.

Everything was explained to me in full and I was told exactly what to expect. The next day I had my first eye examination it was really thorough better than the NHS and the equipment was space age, the facilities were top notch, clean, modern and the staff were lovely. Then I had my first surgery, my doctor was professional, he diagnosed a condition that 2 UK opticians missed, his treatment and care was amazing. Over the next day or two I had my other procedure done.

The care and after care I received was brilliant, while I was here the world was starting to lock down due to Carona virus, I wasn't left on my own the team assisted me in everyway they could.
I was so impressed with the price and treatment that I received I have cancelled treatment booked with another clinic and I'm now having the treatment with SAM.

This company you can trust, they respect their patients, the use quality doctors etc. And they're worth every penny that you will spend. I honestly can't speak highly enough of them.
