I had a great experience with sams patient services.I travelled from the uk to Izmir and had my top set of teeth crowned,absolutely love my new teeth.Any questions were answered and all transfers provided in our package deal and hotel was very nice,I will definitely be returning to sams patient services in the very near future to have my bottom set done.Recommend highly x

From my original consultation through to arriving home the service from Murat ar Sam Patient Services has been outstanding. Prompt response to any questions and made the whole experience less daunting, going to another country for my gastric sleeve surgery. The hospital staff were very attentive, always at hand and having translators available certainly helped. Everything was catered for including transfers on arrival and departure. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Would highly recommend using this company if you are considering any procedure abroad.

Support is provided from day one of contact. Supported through tests completed prior to operation. Asked if we needed anything, visited bed side and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Care and treatment excellent.

My wife has been waiting over 3 years for a total shoulder replacement in the UK. In January she was told it would be 18months to 2 years longer to wait until she would get surgery! This was when we decided to look at other options. We looked at clinics all around the world & started dialogue with several. Only this company was able to respond to all our questions quickly & efficiently. We checked other reviews & their history & decided that this was our first choice to have the surgery through this company. They made the whole experience very easy for us, arranged everything really well & did everything they said they would do. My wife had the surgery 4 days ago & we travel back to UK tomorrow. The surgeon Dr Ayas was very happy with the operation & is predicting a very good outcome once all is healed. Special mentions to Berfin for all of her help & assistance on this journey she has been amazing. Also to Mert for his patience & attentiveness whilst we have been in Izmir it was great to meet you all & we would have no hesitation in recommending you & your company. I am so happy that choose SAM Patient Services, they offer and do deliver an excellent service. In fact they have exceeded my expectations. From the very first communication, representative Berfin, was my rock and got me through this process. Arranging Transfer to/from airport ,checking in and out of the hotel, accompanying me in every singe appointment in clinic and offering translation when needed and making sure I was taken to the room and meeting my Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and the Anaesthetist, and even visiting me in hospital bringing me water& juices, displaying care and attention. My every single question was answered before and after and I felt confident all the way. If I ever need another procedure, I will most definitely will use SAM Patient Services again and again. Separate thanks to Berfin, you are good asset to your firm.

The staff at SAM bent over backwards to make sure I was happy! They provided the extra trips I needed to the hospital without a murmur (or extra charge!). Everyone was patient and obviously had thought much about what visitors need. I recommend SAM to anyone thinking of medical tourism. My special thanks to Berfin!

Hi I would just like to say Sam patients company for dental work is second to none they are totally professional from first contact to last. my husband was very happy with results of 23 crowns they are beautiful and natural...we liased with berfin and Murat and they went out of there way to accommodate us in every way from transport to and from appointments and also some tourist advice for our spare time in Izmir .... thank you berfin and Murat for your friendliness and professional help we would have no hesitation in recommending Sam patients for dental work...we already recommend friends for work next year,

As a result of an accident as a young man, I found myself in need of extensive dental work. I needed both curative and preventative treatment. The most appropriate solution was the removal of my top teeth and a full upper arch on implants.

The team at SAM patient services arranged everything that I needed - all health checks, specialists, tests etc - and the most wonderful dentist to do the work.

I fully recommend the team at SAM Patient Services, and I rate them very highly.

Brilliant team , came from Ireland would highly recommend. I have a bad phobia of needles and dentist in general and they made me feel comfortable and reassured me . Dentist clinic is also so beautiful.

I came to Turkey on 27th March 2022 for gastric surgery. SAM Patient services facilitated this with liaison between myself and the surgeon Dr Buldur by professionally relaying my full medical history where I was fully informed about all procedures and they empowered me to make the choice of which type of surgery to have.

SAM patient services ensured that I had everything in place prior to leaving the UK and were very professional and compassionate throughout. Whilst in Turkey SAM Patient services ensured that I was transported where I needed to be in a timely fashion and ensured I had translators at all necessary times. Nothing was too much trouble for them and regular contact was made throughout my stay. They arranged extra nights in the 5* hotel to mirror my flights and were in close contact with the surgeon and hospital at all times.

All staff at the hospital Ata siglik Hastanessi we’re professional and efficient throughout. The physical health checks completed prior to surgery were very thorough and both the Nursing and domestic staff were so kind caring and empathetic.

Dr Buldur was my surgeon and was fantastic at explaining the procedure and gave me reassurance throughout my stay at the hospital. Nothing was too much trouble to him and he displayed immense care and compassion along with having such expertise in his field. I cannot thank Dr Buldur and his nursing team enough for changing my life for the better.

I am a Senior Health professional in the Uk and would most definitely recommend SAM Patient services and will most definitely be considering using them again in the future.

Izmir is great city very friendly staff, Berfin, Mert and the doctor and her dental assistant are all caring. Put you at ease.
The anesthesia was not bad at all I thought would be more painful(I have needle phobia) The more painful is the air going into the naked teeth after shaving. Need to eat not too hot or too cold.
Izmir have cheap food cheap shopping plus tax back!
Dr fish a fish shop in front have nice calamari theres also a tea shop , turkish sweets oh em gee, restaurants at the front serve good cheap food all very friendly.

I would like to come back there in the summer as the place is also near the sea.
Most people there are soft spoken for some reason haha. Just totally different from Istanbuls hussle all time.
Wish I had more time to stay for my teeth I wanted few adjustments. But it can be done here in Dublin. ( make two front teeth smaller) veneer.
Other than that, the experience was good overall, would recommend SAM patient services for their professional and care.

Excellent experience with the support of all the staff. The dental team were great, the treatment was fully explained at all stages and nothing was rushed. The final result was amazing and I was always made to feel supported and even gifted a nice coffee or two out in Izmir. Highly recommended.

The service we have received from beginning to end is first class. 24 hour contact if you need it, nurses amazing and happy, our doctor was A1 so chilled, professional and top of his game. Aftercare is awesome, can't say enough good things about the team. If you are coming to Turkey for any procedure SAM Patient Services is a must and the first place to get things started. They sort everything out. Can't recommend them enough..... First class.

What an amazing experience I had using Sam Patient Services. They came recommended, and I am so glad they did. I purchased a package of teeth and laser eye surgery (all transfers, accommodation, tours, appointment chaperones all included in price) I flew from the UK to Turkey alone at 48 years old to get Laser eye surgery, and Zirconium Crowns. I was extremely nervous and worried about taking such a gamble going to a country in which I did not speak the language. All my fears were eliviatated one by one. I was met at the airport by a member of the Sam Patient services (SPS) team and transported to mytip class Hotel accommodation in a limo.. Every appointment, trip and outing from that point on was made by SPS. They attended every appointment with me and translated every word of my plan along the way. What a treat I had that week. I was taken on a tour 1.5 hours away in a luxury car with a lovely driver. I had the best day. I am delighted with my new teeth and eyes, both which were 100% successful. I would hugely recommend this company to anyone travelling to izmir for similar. I know for 100%fact my trip would have been so very stressful (almost impossible)without their help. Wel done Sam Patient Services on a quality, reasonable service. You really did go bove and beyond. You made me feel like your gust and not your customer. 😊

I travelled to izmir for my gastric sleeve on 7th December the service was amazing from the moment I was picked up from airport and all during my stay.
My surgeon Dr osman amazing my interpreter mel was so helpful he helped my sister in law by taking her for food as she was staying with me even down to the nurses who were lovely 😍 I would definitely recommend this hospital.

Couldn't be happier with the whole experience, I was extremely nervous and felt overwhelmed travelling for surgery, but from the moment I arrived to leaving I felt I was with family. Everyone in the hospital was so helpful and caring. From the owner of the hospital to the cleaner we couldn't have needed or wanted for more. Thanks all. Highly recommended. Since having surgery I August I've lost over 4 stone, also expecting a baby which we didn't expect but also couldn't be happier.

Very good agent for hospital. I had a neck lift, thigh lift and was booked for a mummy makeover. Unfortunately things didn't go according to plan as my blood pressure went very low and I had to have two units of blood. I wish I'd had the tummy tuck first as I might not have bothered with the breast uplift as they now look like two fried eggs!!!
