ils font une publicité totalement mensongère en déclarant que la montre WATCH 7 est offerte pour l’achat d’un S24 ultra dans la limite des stocks disponibles.
Ça ne veut rien dire * dans la limite …. * c’est comme si je disais, pour tout achat d’une FERRARI vous est offerte toute la bagagerie en cuir du coloris de vos sièges, et ce dans la limite des stocks disponibles et lorsque vous commandez votre voiture, on vous déclare la rupture de stock.
Dans ce cas, on enlève la publicité dès lors qu’il y a une rupture.
Côté relation avec le public vous parlez avec un robot. Lorsque vous achetez un ou plusieurs produits à ce prix, vous êtes en droit de vous attendre à une meilleure communication

I bought TV Q 75 inch two years ago…

I bought TV Q 75 inch two years ago with extended warranty, after six months of Purchase that my remote stop working. I start complaining customer care four times I talk with them in chat And last I called. The person from customer care I talk with her name is “Dasha” she gave me a wonderful “SORRY, we cannot help” From last one and a half year I was keep complaining but today my warranty expired and now they say we couldn’t give you any new remote. You have to buy from your own pocket. It’s their fault they didn’t send me. I was keep complaining for one and a half year and see what I get today. I am really fool that I bought extended warranty in case anything happened with my TV or Remote it happen but I lose my money and my remote. It’s a great great Samsung Canada customer service people please. I advise you if you buy anything from Samsung make sure you are aware of all the terms and condition otherwise you’re gonna lose your money and your time. Worst customer care is Samsung Canada. I advise you another thing please go with the other companies like LG and Sony.

Samsung refuses to replace incorrect knob on floor model slide in range.

We purchased a floor model slide in range from a Samsung authorized dealer and when it was delivered we discovered the knob on the triple burner control was the wrong one. Samsung has refused to replace it because they say it could have been switched in the store. We did not find this response at all helpful particularly as a replacement knob is listed at CDN 101 on both their parts store and from an independent appliance parts dealer.

Samsung c'est fini!

Ne sont même pas foutus de vous faire parvenir une vis. Aucune volonté d'apporter satisfaction. Nous raccroche la ligne au nez et aucune réponse au courriel qui nous permettrait soi-disant d'atteindre les ėchelons supérieurs. Le "service à la clientèle" est là pour envoyer les gens promener.

Avoid scamers

Washing machine under guarantee bought from Costco started sounding loud, they sent a subcontractor company “Electro Experts – Laval” to fix the issue.
It has been 4 months struggling with this nightmare “Electro Experts – Laval” in back and forth, and they never fix the problem, the customer service with both is nightmare, it unbelievable.
Finally, I had to buy a new washing machine (we had to wash our clothes) and pay 1400$, so if you don’t want to be SCAMED, Avoid both Samsung and Electro Experts – Laval.

Terrible service

Terrible service, we are trying to solve an uncompleted delivery and get no response and no help.
Paid for fast delivery and Haul away. Delivery was delayed in 3 days beyond the date they gave us and we are stuck with our old machine

Samsung Customer Service is the worst…

Samsung Customer Service is the worst I've ever experienced. I don't normally complain but did ask them for some leniency in extending the deadline to mail in my trade-in (an Apple product) for a new Samsung tablet. As I explained to them, I hadn't seen the emails they had sent me with instructions on how to mail-in the trade-in as my Samsung phone's email app was not loading my Outlook emails (which I didn't realize because Gmail is my primary email provider). Both Outlook and Gmail accounts were set up to be downloaded to my Samsung phone email app, but the Outlook emails weren't loading. Long story short, by the time I figured something was wrong, I had missed the mail-in deadline. Samsung refused to extend the deadline, and would not even acknowledge my response to their 'refusal' email. When contacting them a 3rd time, that agent ghosted me as well. Apparently that's their solution to Customer Service. Say no, then don't respond!

I've owned 4 Samsung phones and was finally switching my tablet from Apple to Samsung. Needless to say after this experience, I'm selling my new Samsung tablet (even at a loss) and will never buy another Samsung product again.

Very disrespectful employees and corporation.

Attention faut pas acheter chez samsung ,Si vous avez un problème, oubliez de le réparer même si vous avez la garantie et renvoyez dans les 15 jours après réception, c'est un mensonge .
J'ai acheté un ordi Galaxy book 4, chauffe avec un bruit de ventilateur, je les ai contactés après 2 jours, mais personne ne veut m'aider.

Return denied without cause

I ordered a phone case online from Samsung Canada. My invoice stated Enjoy 15-days for returns and refunds. Nowhere in the return policy, conditions of sale, or the FAQ for returns did it say it could not be opened to return it. When I contacted Samsung to return it, they pointed me to a section of their return policy which listed items that cannot be returned if opened. None of the items listed in the policy concerned phone accessories. I tried reaching out by chat, phone, then email and was given the same answer by all three.

N'achetez jamais samsung, c'est bon a mettre a la poubelle, ca fait 2 Z flip que j'achète et c'est toujours le même problème, le protecteur l'écran, il faut le changer tous les quelques mois, et lorsque l'appareil n'est plus sous garantie, il faut aller a un centre de service qui vous charge 55 $ et vous donne une garantie de 7 JOURS. Cela prouve l'efficacité de leur réparation de plus leur service a la clientèle est pourri

Worst company ever dealt with.

Ordered a fast charger for my new tablet because Samsung doesn't supply them with new equipment. "Free expedited shipping". 4 days later, still waiting for dispatch. Online agent assured me it would ship in 1-2 days. 3 days later still not shipped. Told online agent to cancel order. Was told it was cancelled and would receive confirmation email. 3 hours later, email advising item was shipped. Get back from vacation, no charger delivered. Tracking says item returned to sender as was undeliverable. At no time was I advised that courier would require signature. Have to wait until Samsung receives it until I get my refund. I'll believe it when I see it.
Come on Samsung, save everyone and yourselves some grief. Put the damn chargers in the box.

Don't buy Samsung

You can buy Samsung, but if you have to go through Samsung Service for repairs, defects, etc., once in a lifetime, good luck with that. Their service is mindblowing. They don't know how to solve a problem, they try to leave the problem as it is and try to blame the customers instead. I bought a Buds3 Pro, and there was an apparent dent (I have a video opening the box) on the edge of the case, they asked me to wait 3-5 business days to get an answer (you needed to contact them within 24 hours upon receiving the product for any dents or noticeable defects on the product). It had been over a week, and still no response from them; I had to contact them and get answers. I was transferred from team to team for over 4 hours, trying to explain the same situation over and over and over again. It's very energy-consuming, and Samsung has made this kind of bureaucracy to purposely tire the customers away from getting their products fixed, exchanged or returned for free because it's their loss to do that. Well if your quality were better, this wouldn't have happened in the first place. There are a lot of quality issues, especially with Buds3 Pro, and South Korea had to temporarily pause pre-orders because there were so many defects (Search it on YouTube). It seems like Samsung Canada doesn't take these issues very seriously and continues to sell defects to customers and try their best not to get them returned. Horrible customer service. Do not buy Samsung. Buy something else. Their customer service is outrageous, ineffective, inefficient and hopeless.

I ordered online

I ordered online, and Samsung did not deliver the product by the due date. I contacted Samsung 3 times to receive updates regarding my order, and all the promises were never fulfilled. I could have bought the product from another store or chosen a different delivery method. Never again. Now they are trying to cancel it but I still have to wait. What a mess.

Not the greatest experience

I placed an order for watch and earbuds, it stated "express delivery". This "express" took a week to arrive. I wouldn't recommend shopping on samsung.ca

Below is my review of Samsung Galaxy FE earbuds
I was really excited to try the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE, but unfortunately, they’ve been a huge disappointment. The main issue is the microphone quality—it’s absolutely terrible. During calls, people can barely hear me, even in quiet environments. I’ve tried adjusting the fit and position, but nothing seems to help.The sound quality for music is decent, but if you need these for calls, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. It’s frustrating to spend money on a product that fails at its most basic function. Overall, I cannot recommend these earbuds, especially if clear communication is important to you.

Absolutely Terrible Service

I purchased a new tablet as a grad gift for my step-daughter, when she opened it, it was defective and wouldn't connect to the wifi. When she reached out tech support told her to send it back to be repaired. To me, this was unacceptable as it was a brand new tablet. So I called customer care and they refused to do anything for me except repair it because it was outside of their "policies". They give customers 24-48 hours of receiving the item to report any defects and 15 days for "buyer's remorse" returns. Given that this was a gift, it wasn't opened right away and they still refused to help me at all. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product for as long as I live. Apple is 1000 times better.

Ordered rear speaker 9200s kit from…

Ordered rear speaker 9200s kit from Samsung Canada. They were faulty. But Samsung Canada contested this and was unsupportive. I had to speak to several agents. The call centers all seemed to have poor phone reception ironically. They would not exchange my product or give me a refund. Poor customer service and poor return policy. Essentially I am out of a purchase. Don't buy directly from them. Buy from a third party store with a better refund policy and customer reputation.

I would give zero star if I could (SSD purchased)

I would give zero star if I could. Looking at the rating would be enough to find out how awful and irresponsible their customer service is. It seems they do not really want to solve the problem, instead, they would rather to email you forth and back, asking you to call until you give up. When you buy, consider the deal done and forget about their service or never buy in a first place.
