I will never ever buy samsung product after my horrible experience with my brand new 5 month old washing machine

We bought Samsung washing machine in February 2023 with 4 years of extra warranty and it was making way too much noise and vibrations after we we start using it so we thought we should contact Samsung customer service and after lots of struggles we got hold of them finally after lots of struggle they sent one service guy in may 2023 and he told us in 1 out 5 of this washing machine is faulty this need to go back or replaced and he told Samsung will contact us within 1 week , we waited almost full June 2023 no response from Samsung so july 1 st week we contacted Samsung they are Cooly saying the service ticket is no valid from service guy who came and they r issuing new services they r sending technician any way we were waiting and contacted new service people and they r saying they rejected because no service in our area do again I contacted Samsung they gave new ticket again made us all go threw new process again asking as disclaimer if they send new technician if it is our fault we need to pay when I ssid I’m not paying he was so rude he cannot do anything cut the call because I did not agree for disclaimer so it is not even 6 months and still I have a 4 year extended warranty I really don’t no what to do if anybody help me I would appreciate

After countless attempts to seek assistance, I discovered the shocking truth: Samsung's service network in Quebec City is almost non-existent, only one to be cristal clear. Yes, you read that correctly - there is only oONE support available when these appliances fail.

The implications of this situation are deeply troubling, especially when considering the well-being of our children. A malfunctioning refrigerator not only disrupts our daily lives but also compromises our ability to safely store perishable food items, posing a serious health hazard. It is disheartening to realize that a renowned brand like Samsung would leave its customers in such a vulnerable position.

I had to throw away several food items because they spoiled. Not to mention that the price of food is extremely high these days.

As responsible parents, we rely on dependable appliances to maintain our households and ensure our children's comfort and safety. However, the absence of prompt and accessible assistance for Samsung products in Quebec City has shattered any trust I had in the brand. How can we place our faith in a company that fails to provide the necessary support when we need it most?

Samsung must take immediate action to rectify this alarming situation. They need to establish a robust service network in Quebec City, prioritizing the needs of their customers, especially families who rely on their appliances. It is high time for Samsung to live up to its reputation and demonstrate genuine care for the communities it serves.

Je rédige cette critique avec un message urgent pour vous informer et vous mettre en garde contre la situation désastreuse entourant les produits Samsung et l'absence de service dans notre région. En tant que parent de deux jeunes enfants âgés de 7 et 1 an, je ne saurais trop insister sur la gravité de ce problème et les risques potentiels qu'il présente pour nos familles.

Aujourd'hui, mon réfrigérateur Samsung a soudainement cessé de fonctionner, me laissant dans un état d'incrédulité et de frustration. Deux ans seulement après l'achat ! Je ne savais pas encore que c'était seulement le début d'un cauchemar. Après de nombreuses tentatives pour obtenir de l'aide, j'ai découvert une vérité choquante : le réseau de service de Samsung à Québec est presque inexistant, un seul pour être clair. Oui, vous avez bien lu - il n'y a qu'un seul support disponible lorsque ces appareils tombent en panne.

Les implications de cette situation sont profondément préoccupantes, en particulier lorsque l'on pense au bien-être de nos enfants. Worst customer service ever

Two weeks after I bought a range on their website, the price dropped by 600$
When I asked if they would honour the price drop and refund me, I had to insist to get them to finally agree. It has been a month and a half and I am still waiting for a refund. I have spoken to customer service and written to their CEO team amd I get the same answer: we're sorry for the delay and have transferred your request to the appropriate team. What a joke!

I not recommend any business with Samsung Canada.I order Samsung Cell,before i order i call customer service and i ask if device support wireless charging.They told me positive.When i got the cell ,this device not support wireless charging at all.I already order screen protection,phone cover and new sim card include plane.I spock with manager in Samsung i received the answer i don't care .I can return this device,but manager dont won't give me full refund include accessory i pay for. Stay away from Samsung.Before you buy any devices ,they so nice.When you pay from this moment they service done.Horrible customer service ,technical support,also management.Don't waste your time and money.I never buy any Samsung product.This was first time and last time.

i hate the UI

i hate the UI. i bought a flagship huge screen so i can have more info on the screen at once, instead every year that passes things are magnified more and more to the point i can only see 2 comments at once or 1/100th of a web page filled with 5 word lines.
I have everything in the smallest option I can have but that doesn't matter cuz all the icons still stay the same so it's just tiny letters with huge empty spaces between them.
garbage ergonomics where they keep moving functions and things in ways to require additional steps where before it was just 2 taps.

this isnt the phone I bought 3 years ago, and if it looked like this i would have never!!!!
this is the last samsung phone I buy after 15 years being samsung.
I don't have vision problems and I deeply hate this backwards modernization of the UI.
good riddance!!!

Edit: my phone slipped into water unnoticed and guess what great function it has? it starts vibrating to shake the water inside purposely and kill the phone. thanks Samsung! good bye Samsung!

Absolute terrible service all the way around!!!!!

Bought a tv online with free shipping. After numerous emails and 2 different people each calling me 3 times asking the exact same questions ,the shipping was $75! Email responses taking up to 24 hours caused a delay of a couple of days and after agreeing to the $75 dollar FREE shipping I was told it will be another 8 days before it arrives! AND part of the order isnt in stock so it will be delivered later!🤔I wonder if thats another $75???????
Bery poor customer service! Everyone seems to be programmed to say its out of their control and dont blame them on the company survey!!! And for an electronics company you automated phone service is pathetic!!!!!!
I feel like Samsung Store could care less about the customer!!!!

We have had a smooth top range true…

We have had a smooth top range true convection oven for just over two years the stove had heating issues from the time we got it home ! The service technician has been to our place no less than 8 times and each time was waiting for parts that failed shortly after installation! Not to mention being without an oven for a week to 3 weeks at a time, now after trying to repair the same problem that was under warranty and never did work they say our warranty is up ! To me I don’t get how the same problem that happened less than a year after we bought our stove is suddenly out of warranty! Here it sits week number three and an offer from Samsung for 600.00 less than what we paid ! I’m on long term disability and even if I wasn’t I would still be pretty hot under the collar about how this ended up being our problem and loosing 600.00 ! Like Twisted Sister said I ain’t gonna take it I’ll take the 1600.00 that we paid for it and nothing less the service guy told us not to give up that they are a bunch of SCAMMERS and they know they’ve had this problem since around 2015 but continued selling this crap PEOPLE DO YOUR HOMEWORK WHEN BUYING ANYTHING LOTS OF GOOD INFORMATION ON THE NET ! Well good luck to me ! UPDATE WE HAVE PHONE AND WORKED AT GETTING A REFUND , NOW WE HAVE IT THE PURCHASE PRICE AND TAXES ! The problem is they want the stove back that’s ok BUT they say once they get the stove it will take 20 working days for us to get the check that will be mailed to us and leaves us without a stove for another month! It wouldn’t be a huge proble other than I’m on limited disability so putting it on credit is a bit much! I thought they would pickup the stove and I would get the money BUT NO ! Anyway I did get a refund it’s just not as easy as some people think !

Totally bad experience

Totally bad experience
I ordered an s23 Ultra and it was faulty from new (Stuck in safe mode)
It has taken 3 weeks for a refund after chasing
The experience store offered no apologies.
I finally spoke to a guy called Greg who sorted it and told me they would look after me when I ordered a new phone.
Sadly not looked after at all, in fact offered me a worst deal than the first I had.
I will not be going back to them.

Buyer beware!!! No customer support from Samsung!!!

I bought a new Samsung television 5 months ago to replace a Toshiba we had for 12 years. The picture on the Samsung stopped working after 4 months. After calling Samsung they asked us to take our television to the only Warranty dealer they authorize in Nova Scotia, fortunate for us it is in HRM. They have now had our television for 6 weeks and no answers are forthcoming. They aren't backing their product and we have no idea when or if we will have a solution.

I will never buy a Samsung product again because of their inability to support their customers. I would rather have my money back so I can buy a more reputable product.

Loyalty lost!!

Update: it’s now been 11 weeks and still no resolution. I can’t believe Samsung has such an ineffective customer service policy. I will never buy another Samsung product.

Samsung support is terrible - Chat and in store!

I ordered a Samsung S23 Ultra online from Samsung. It arrived in 4 days, even though my receipt said it wouldn't ship until Mar 13! I didn't fill in any trade-in data, but after I received it, I thought I should have traded in my S9+. I went on to Samsung Canada chat and they said, no problem, you can still send it in. I asked, what about taking it to the Samsung store (Metrotown). Chat said that would work also. I tried phoning the store to confirm Chat and book an appointment. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE at the store. I called 1-800-SAMSUNG. They transferred me to the store, which of course didn't answer. So, I went to the store in person. They advised me that they could do nothing because the phone was purchased on-line. I could however return the S23 Ultra to them and reorder with the trade-in allowance. They have zero inventory, so no idea how long I'd wait for the replacement! So, I couldn't just copy my information to a new phone and go. As most reviewers agree, this store is a waste of space. They do nothing for Samsung customers!

Buy from Bestbuy instead

TL DR: I bought a phone. Even though I'm willing to finish payments I can't use purchased phone.

I bought a phone with a trade in and forgot to send it to them. My phone suddenly gets locked. I ask them if I they can send m a label to send the trade in and they say no, you're stuck having to pay for the trade in amount. I try to pay for it but there is no way to make the payment within the samsung site. I try to have them send me a link or something so I can pay, but they say they don't know how and they all hang up mid conversation. Worst experience I have had with a store

I upgraded my phone to a Samsung galaxy flip 4 phone 2 yr contract with bell phone was not even month old, while charging back of phone cracked the whole part, took into bell, they said not covered under warranty, I contacted customer care at samsung about 30 about 50 times , no its not covered by warranty, NEVER UPGRADE TO SAMSUNG GALAXY FLIP PHONE 4, GET AN APPLE IPHONE ISTEAD

Purchase my tv 55 inch latest version after 7 months black line appeared and Samsung support send someone to repair it he brake the frame and then he took the tv with him and now for two weeks we are with out tv

Samsung has the worst customer service in Canada!!!!

Samsung Really has the worst customer service of all brands in Canada!!!!!
I had a sudden turn-off issue with my New Galaxy watch 4 after using it for more than 3-4 months with no liquid or crash issue, I called Samsung customer service and they told me you have to go to the Yorkdale Samsung Service Center office and they would fix that issue for me, I went there on 12, July 2022, after they check my watch they told me we would order the part and the mainboard will be changed at the time the part reaches to our office and provide me with the receipt I attached to my documents, after passing about 2 months which there was no news from them I called myself and one of the employees told me we are ordered the needed part and we are waiting for that to reach to our office yet, we will call you at the time it came. again after passing about 3 months from the date of receipt I called myself to that store and one of the absolutely rude employees there just told me that they can not repair my watch and your watch is not a Canadian model and........!!!! I make some follow-ups with the Samsung online customer service employees and all of them just told me you are absolutely right on the process and such things shouldn't happen to our customers, we will escalate your issue and you will be contacted in the upcoming days by Samsung service but still, nothing happens and no one still didn't call me about doing anything. the date of issuing is mentioned on the official Samsung service center receipt and all the other information including On-Site Under Warranty process. As a loyal customer of the Samsung Brand for the past 20 years, I just want my rights. now my Samsung warranty is finished because lack of responsibility of Samsung employees in its own service center and I don't know what to do with this watch. I saved all ticket numbers and chatting content with Samsung customer service employees too. they always told me we understand all trouble made me and apologize for that I will be contacted in the upcoming days (24-48 hours from now) and never anything happens.

New Samsung refrigerator no door seals

Samsung customer service is non existent. Spent 3 weeks trying to get door seals for my new fridge. Finally escalated complaint to president’s office. Alfonso would not pay for new door seals and hung up on me. They wouldn’t let me have the contact of a senior person. I’m left with a worthless new fridge and even the president’s office doesn’t care. Do not buy Samsung!!

Never buy a Samsung Product in Canada

Never buy a Samsung Product in Canada. I live in Windsor area and bought a $3500 fridge a year and half ago and the screen went black. They told me because there are no authorized samsung service centers in the area that they cannot support me and my warranty expires after 1 year. There is a fancy 10 year parts/service sticker on the fridge that is only for the compressor. I talked with them and they could not do anything at all. I informed them that I will never buy another Samsung product and will pass the word on to all my family and friends.
