Hiding the facts false advertising.
I just unboxed Samsung phone.
Welcome page leads to a one sided options page. It literally forcefully asks to get our permission to calect any and all of our information and do with them as they wish I called Samsung and they told me to return my phone but no shipping costs are reimbursed.
There is no mentioning of these conditions on their website or on the box. Leave advertising. This is trapping the customers. Hiding condition of use is legally false advertising. We don't live in China or Korea. We value our constitutional rights. We are not letting Samsung dictate it's policy on us. They can go and do it in Korea. In this part of the world we have laws. Motorola is better priced and better phone. I am returning the Samsung phone.
DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCT
Purchased a samsung galaxy smart phone November 2021. In eight months, the device started to restart itself randomly. It happened to restarted itself five times a day at the highest record. Sent the device for repair for the first time. Technician said no hardware issue found but as a curiously, replaced the motherboard. Got the device back and in a few weeks, device restarted itself again. Tried to reset the device to factory reset and had no other apps installed. Device was just at the reset status and nothing was set up. The phone shut down on the welcome screen. Sent the deice for repair for the second time. Again, the technician said the device passed all hardware tests, no issue found. Contacted Samsung, escalated to the management team. I was told to bring the device for service again and ask for a video of the issue. Please tell me how the hell am I be able to video tape the issue as the device just restarted at random times. The entire team is stupid and incompetent. At the service center, the technican said samsung has access to see the service reports and when I contacted samsung, the rep said they have no access. Full of lies. I am writing to share my experience and warn everyone else DO NOT BUY any SAMSUNG products.

I have ordered a bundle of z fold 4, watch 5 pro, buds 2 pro and traded in my phone and watch. I have placed the order as a pre order on sep 24th as it was supposed to start shipping on sep 26th. I got the watch after a week and sent my trade in back. Got a delivery confirmation from FedEx but not from Samsung. It is sep 15th today and after chatting with their support 2-3 times a week and getting false promises I still didn't get the phone. Went to a Samsung store, they have EVERYTHING in stock! I pre paid just to become a second hand customer!

Samsung will not live up to their promises.
Samsung Store promised delivery of a fridge-freezer in 12 days, which I accepted. They were also to take away my old one, so that had to be emptied and dried. No other communication from the store until the day of supposed delivery, when they announced it was delayed for another 2 weeks!! So I have an empty, warm fridge-freezer and no new one coming.
I cancelled the order and will not buy from Samsung again.

Purchased a washer from Shop Samsung. I have no idea they only allow 15 days for returns!! 2 months into owning it, the washer quits. I call, oh I am informed it's a known issue and we have no fix. We are developing it. Wait 5 days. Waited 5 days, supposedly ordered a part. Then I get notified that they will reschedule. No tool available. Wait another week, still not fixed. Called Samsung case manager, horribly rude! Both local level Assurion "Christina" so called case advocate at Ocala Market. And national level called and spoke to Betsy - Case Manager who was rude snide and told me it's past 15 days, read your Samsung warranty regulations. You have to wait for us to repair. Never again!! Buy from Costco! Learn from my mistake!

Company has ZERO regards for customers. This was apparent. During covid. Which I chalked it up to covid low staff so of course they don’t answer any calls or emails or chats.
Now. Re open. They still have zero customer service. Except for the agent that takes the time to tell you to go contact live chat (no one ever responds you’re always 15-20+ behind in the queue even though estimate is 20 mins it’s 1+ hrs and you still never move up in the line. ) and try calling. They never answer the terrible choppy music never ends and no one ever picks up the phone does not matter which issue option you select on the phone directory.
Terrible service.
I had wanted a laptop but you know. At $2500+ I figured get a phone. See how their product goes. Then go from there. Paid in full. For a phone. Never got the phone. They take your money. Pretend to mark it as ready to ship. But it sits in that status for a full week and every time you ask customer service on Facebook the only rep that ever responds to anything. Go start live chat. Go call us.
This transaction feels one step short of fraud. Feel apprehensive, and complete loss of trust in this company. Will not be recommending this brand to anyone. Not fridges stoves washers dryers phones laptops NOTHING. Expensive brand with zero investment in customer service. You can’t be successful if you don’t invest. In your customer service. Poor customer service will lose you more sales. Than one poor device. And first impression is even more important. And my FIRST impression of you in stores? With 5+ employees and “3” customers and standing idle for 30+ mins. Hoping one of the “2” staff would help me. They kept chatting. Standing behind the checkout counter desk. Never once looked my way. Or offered to help. And now your online. Is just as bad. It’s not a location issue. It’s a company issue. Terrible in person, online, and I would not recommend Samsung to anyone.

I’ll add mine to the list; Terrible Customer Service. Was told a delivery would be “Guaranteed” by a certain date by one rep, then told it won’t be by another. Back-and-forth like that for a week! In the end nothing was delivered and now waiting for a refund which I’m not expecting anytime soon.

If you want customer service for an existing problem that is well known you wontget it. And even when I was in the samsung experience store I was TOLD to go to when I was not greeted with a positive outcome. Nobody was held accountable and all they did was blame corporate. There is no same day replacement as stated by the terms and conditions, they do not carry stock, there is no appointment option as stated by all samsung sites, and all the samsung policies that were stated in the terms and conditions were described to me by store employees were more like "guidelines than actual policies"
As a life long samsung user I can honestly say this has to be the worst I have ever seen it. I will be canceling business and personal accounts as well as liquidating all 11 samsung products that I have which is a shame because the tvs are awesome.
All this because of a widely known issue with the Zfold 3 screen protector. I know samsung doesn't care about the little guy but with a $2600 phone you would think they would at least make an effort instead of trying to SELL me a free pre-installed screen protector. As far as I'm concerned there was no escalation and nothing will be done. #endofsamsung

Unfortunately Samsung products (specially washer and dryer) are so bad and easy to break. In addition, Samsung after sale customer service are so bad and really not helpful. I'm sorry that I bought Samsung product, but I thought it is a brand name and didn't expect all these bad customer service.

Je n'ai plus de garantie et je me suis risquée à faire une réclamation à Samsung le 4 février 2022 pour demande réparation de ma laveuse rouille sous le top couvert.
Le tout s'est fait par clavardage en ligne et par la suite par SMS et en français. J'ai eu toute l'attention du service pour soutenir cette conversation et faire une bonne entente des coût à défrayé de ma part.
Aujourd'hui 5 avril 2022 le top est changé par Electro- expert en lien avec Samsung.ca
Je remercie Samsung pour l'excellent service et la rapidité pour satisfaction au client.

Beware suspicious policies
I placed a preorder, and eventually wanted to upgrade, add another item, or apply a coupon code. Each time I was told they cannot adjust an order, and I should place the order again, and cancel the previous one. I did this, and found myself with multiple active orders. I chatted with support 3 (THREE) times and they all assured me it was cancelled and I got the usual "Wait 48 hours and you'll get confirmation". Well, it never came.
So I got multiple orders all delivered to me, and went online to initiate a return, only to find when you tap the return button, it doesn't actually do anything. Return policy is 15 days, and there is no option to make the return, so I called in, AGAIN.
They "escalated" the return, and I once again was told "Within 48 hours you'll get the return label." This feels like a huge scam, because each time I have to wait 48 hours, I lose 2 more days on my return period.
This really seems like Samsung is choosing to send out more orders than necessary (hmm, we found the shipping delay issue. I dont need 3 phones sitting at my place, that 2 people who have to wait longer now), and then making returns harder and a nightmare. What happens when it gets delayed past the return date. Guess that's one way to boost sales.

They cancelled my new order that I paid with a credit card they accepted a few months ago. I contact their customer service who suggest I use PayPal. OK.. I use PayPal. They cancel this order as well.
Very strange. See, I do not fraud. I pay with my credit card and then pay the credit card bill.
Their Customer Service is not helpful at all. I received general answers for specific questions.
Strangely, I am using the same payment for my other online purchases and unlike with Samsung, the payments are accepted.

Ne font aucun effort pour m'aider
J'ai acheté une tablette Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 à mes parents en cadeau de Noel 2020 (maison sans enfants ni animaux, pas d'accident, pas de chocs, pas d'eau); elle n'aura duré que 13 mois (garantie de 12 mois!). L'écran n'allume plus malgré que nous entendons le son.
Lorsque je leur demande une confirmation écrite du diagnostic de l'appareil ainsi qu'une confirmation de la durée de leur garantie pour réclamer à Visa qui double la garantie du fabriquant avec cette preuve écrite, on me la refuse!! ! Rien à faire !! On n'assume pas de m'avoir vendu un citron et ainsi on m'empêche de me faire remboursé le 311$ qu'elle m'a couté.
PLUS JAMAIS du Samsung ! Mon Vieux Ipad de Apple de 2014 fonctionne toujours lui !!!

They have terrible return policy and customer service. Also no price match policy even within 2 weeks. Return is a hassle and made to feel like customer is in the wrong. Take your business elsewhere period. First time customer and I’ll never return. Not even mad just incredibly disappointed.
Promised Delivery Time Should be Considered Fraudulent
I purchased a new phone and the website promised delivery between 2-3 weeks; I even called the rep who confirmed that my phone will indeed arrive within 3 weeks. Fast forward to today, the phone is now scheduled to arrive next year (almost two months for delivery); I got in touch with a new customer rep who has no useful information on the case, and who is not even authorized to change the delivery address; this is extra frustrating because the reason I had the change the delivery address in the first place is because the order is so late. What a joke of a company, no wonder there are so many 1 star reviews; I will for sure be going Apple next generation...

Le 27 11 2021 j'ai commandé un Galaxy S21 Ultra sur SAMSUNG shop, j'ai eu uniquement la confirmation du paiement Oney en 4 fois, absolument aucun mail de confirmation commande de Samsung, j'ai donc appelé le Service Clients Samsung Shop, ils sont incapables de retrouver ma commande. Des "conseillers" totalement incompétents (limite robot au vocabulaire formaté). Pour un Galaxy S21 Ultra livraison le lendemain avant midi selon leur publicité, une pure escroquerie ! Nous sommes nombreux à nous être fait avoir. Je vous invite à lire les commentaires des clients sur le site Samsung Shop à propos du Galaxy S-21 Ultra.... Une escroquerie dont Oney est complice....
Un service clients nul et s'exprimant très mal.... Avant d'envisager un achat sur Samsung shop, lisez bien les avis négatifs.... En ce qui me concerne, j'ai dû passer par Oney et j'ai envoyé un bordereau de rétractation par recommandé avec AR....
Je déconseille fortement Samsung shop ! Site à la publicité mensongère sur fond d'escroquerie.....
