Nobody cares when you call them.

So in love with my purchase. I highly recommend this store!!! This is my second time ordering from them I'll give you 5 stars. Looks really beautiful in real than in the pictures!😍😍😍

My order wasnt not what I ordered.

I have had consistently great pieces of jewelry. I have not ordered anything really expensive, but even the one error that was made, they fixed without too much trouble. I love it!

No problems with online shopping. Different story when picking item up from the store.

So you advertise a sale price 2 weeks before Christmas and I purchased a ring for my husband. A week later I get an email stating this ring takes 2-3 weeks to ship. What?! You couldn't mention that at checkout? So it's not the end of the world cuz his bday is Jan 14th. I replied stating I need it by then n was told no problem it's more than 3 was away. I was told I would be sent a firmer ETA once it ships but that never happened. Later I have to go back online n request the tracking number to look it up myself and can you believe it was est to arrive on Jan 12th, the day before his bday? So it was a Friday n we had to delay our departure out of town while we wait for USPS to deliver the ring.
So are you selling rings you have to buy from an outside supplier? I was told ordering in store would be the same. Did I mention the ring was ok? I mean just ok, not like other nice jewelry I have bought from Samuels before. Disappointed.

I ordered a chain and a pendant and set it to ship to the store nearest to me. It took about a week and a half to arrive at the store. I picked up the items just fine the clerks were friendly. I realized when i got home that the chain was shorter that what i had expected so i called customer service and explained the situation and by the next day i was emailed a shipping label. I went back online to buy a longer chain and i accidentally ordered the wrong metal type. I called customer service again but they were closed as it was later in the day. So i emailed them instead and they promptly responded canceling my order. I am very pleased with the customer service at Samuels Jewelers! They made my experience as hassle-free as possible. I would definitely recommend them.

Took my expensive diamond ring in for sizing from a 7.5 to a 10 and instead of making it the size i needed they made it one size smaller. I had paid $177 upfront and they would not refund. Instead the samuels employee told me that they couldnt refund and that was because I had received work on the ring....???? I told her incorrect work and not what I contracted. All of the information on my invoice indicated a size 10 not a 9. She acted as if I was somehow benefiting from a ring service that resulted in the item not fitting. I took my ring back under protest and will seek out a master jeweler to fix their error. They do not do the sizing in house at Samuels and send the item out. How does a company have no quality control?

My daughter ordered a watch, it was dispatched and delivered very quickly and was absolutely perfect.

It was almost impossible to connect with any representative by phone for days! I called every single number that I found online, corporate numbers, and web-sales. I was put on hold and waited many minutes (sometimes half an hour) to get through and left many voicemails. It was also impossible to get through to the store where I was supposed to pick up my items. I finally gave up and decided to return my items before I even got a chance to see them (after going twice to the store which was closed during normal business hours). At least the interim supervisor at the store, Bailey, once I finally got a hold of someone, was kind; but this did not solve the issue with the bad customer service web-sales.

I bought three pairs of earrings for my mom on Mother's Day and she loves them!

I love Samuels jewelrs! It's wear all my jewelery comes from, wonderful customer service, and excellent prices!

Everything was easy to read and pick from products true to photos.

I just love both sets of earrings: the topaz with its many colors that will go with anything and everything. . .from casual to dress, and the smoky quartz with its own allure. Would recommend these and Samuels Jewelers anytime. They have always given excellent, welcoming service. I especially have appreciated any repair, touchup, or cleaning work done over the past years. Thank you!

The manager of Samuels is great as was other staff and also the website is Great.

They delivered on the date that was started, the ring was just as beautiful in person as on the website, and their sizing chart is accurate.

Fast delivery & good service. I was called to check on my address which needed a correction & I appreciated that they caught a mistake. I was very happy with my purchase also! Beautiful necklace at a great price.

It was absolutely gorgeous !! Had to get it in a size 5 but I will have it sized to a 6. It was the most beautiful pale green.
