I love the items i have purchased through Samuels.

We purchased a 3 carat engagement ring with wedding band ,it was marked over &10,000 and sold to us for a little over $6,000. I had it resized , when I got it back, it look like missing some diamond it looks different, the stone seems smaller. We took it different jewelry store and asked them how many carat my diamonds, we didn't tell them of many carat the ring and where we got it. They checked it in front of us, the guy said , the ring it's only 2.25 carat. I know it something not right this ring, I'm so mad why they do that???? The ring pass 30 days to return it and we haven't make one payment yet, but we will never pay this ring. Im going to return the ring that's not right of they did.

The ring I ordered was lost but they politely apologized and got another one for me and made it right definitely would recommend the ring is very beautiful and she loves it thank you Samuels Jewelers!

Jewelry is great, but had made 3 orders and only 2 showed up.

They suck! Wish I never my husband would of went to jareds so somewhere with better customer service. Worse customer service ever! Rude. Slow. And poor service. Do not waste your time here!

Great experience, I got a ring for my daughter and it was beautiful and fit perfectly! She loves it. The sales people were wonderful!

Online ordering from Samuels was a nightmare, would not recommend it to anyone.

I order a band online and and my band got stolen from the FedEx truck. And when I call Samuels and spoke to the rep she was so rude, and her customer services was poor. Never again I will order from them.

Diamonds are horrible so cloudy the only sparkle is the white gold will never buy from you again .I can't return because I threw away the receipt by accident so I'm stuck now😡😡

I like what I purchased. I didn't like the fact that it took 3 weeks to withdraw money from my bank account.

The ring I ordered was beautiful. I however didn't like the fact that I didn't receive a tracking number for it until after I got the ring.

Fast and easy transaction

It is very difficult to get a hold of someone when you have questions or need to return. I have called 3x and cannot get through to speak to someone or even leave a message.

Overall I love the ring I ordered from Samuel's. The only reason I would say I had a problem was after the ring had shipped. I ordered my ring to ship to the store and the website wasn't able to get my tracking information for a couple of days, but other than that all the people I interacted with were very nice and professional. Would definitely buy from them again.

She loved the ring, but all of the hassle I went through to exchange a already broken bracelet when it arrived.

Ordered our ring online had it shipped to store and no one could find our ring until the next day so we had to make another day trip just to pick it up in the city.
