Always a Fantastic service
I have used Sanderson Drake a couple of times now, and I’m impressed with the level of customer service and communication.

Very helpful

Just got me a tidy refund of over £6000 from old car finance. All fees paid as expected. Easy as 1,2,3!

Money grabbing con artists that do no work at all and expect high fee payments ,and they can’t even provide clear evidence you entered any agreements with them either , I would steer well clear of them , I’ll be going to the FCA and financial ombudsman about them .

Sanderson are proactive company . The staff are professional

Scum bags and pond life. The high % they will charge you, you can do exactly the same thing by sending a letter to your creditors for free. Don't pay these scum bags a penny when you can get thus done for free

Sanderson Drake are excellent at getting money back from banks. They have so far helped me get back interest from several irresponsible lenders.

If there's a cash payout, you pay them their percentage in one go, but if it's just removal of interest from a debt, they do allow you to pay it in installments, which is extremely helpful!

They've sued at least 3 companies for me this way so far. They make it easy to get refunds. They handle everything for you.

Easy smooth process from start to finish

I was very happy with the company and how caring they were to me

I strongly recommend anyone who is thinking of dealing with Sanderson Drake to do so.
They dealt with my complaint for irresponsible lending and not only did they keep me up to date every step of the way they were also very understanding and went out of their way to make sure I could afford whatever payments were due to them at the end of the process.

Jamie talked me through the process at each stage from the complaint being lodged to the offers being made.
Yes they take a commission but they are very reasonable. They do all the work and to me were worth every penny.

Jamie thank you for your help and understanding as this can be a stressful process trying to juggle all the monthly payments. Jamie was confident we would be successful with certain companies for example NEW DAY who ended up having to settle all 3 accounts after the dispute went to the ombudsman.

In total there were 7 cases that SD were successful with.
As a few of these accounts were still owing this meant that I would need to agree a monthly payment plan with SD.

I dealt with John in the accounts department and he was so helpful and even lowered the amount I had to pay back so I was able to afford payments to them.
They were so accommodating.
Professional & courteous throughout.

The only negative to mention through the whole process and this is aimed at the companies you have disputes with not SD is the impact it has on your credit file.

You basically will not have access to what you are disputing and in some cases will no longer be able to use an account even if the dispute has been closed.

It is worth knowing this as the companies reporting to Equifax for example are able to report inconsistencies on your account even if you have never missed a payment.

The whole process for myself took roughly 9 months. I had not expected it to be so long when I first raised the complaint but looking back it has been worth it.

I have 7 accounts that have are now in the process of being removed from my credit file and less worrying thanks to Sanderson Drake.

Jamie and John are a credit to SD. I am grateful to have dealt with such professional people.

My only regret is I hadn’t made my complaint sooner.

I began using Sanderson Drake in May 2024. They have managed my complaints with my creditors, on my behalf.
The team are professional, understanding and extremely knowledgeable.
I received regular emails with regard to progress being made with my complaints.
I have received cash lump sums and balance reduction on my loans. My financial burden has decreased significantly.
