Very disappointed with this furniture company, I made full payment for my order weeks ago yet the items have still not been delivered. Communication has been poor and promises made by customer service were never fulfilled. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable service

I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. The item had visible defects, poor finishing, and felt cheaply made despite the high price. Communication was also very poor — updates were inconsistent, and it took multiple follow-ups just to get a response.
I expected much better professionalism and quality for the amount I paid. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
