I got the dry ice blasting machine and after the second use 2 of the nozzles fell apart.
Also the rubber hose inside kept blowing off so I had to replace the hose connectors with better ones

I rarely write reviews but I felt I needed to on their Heated Carpet Extractor. Pros- high quality machine with great heated water spray and suction, very durable and looks like it will last forever.. Priced much lower when compared to others. Rolls easily. Con- need elevator, although easy to roll if you have steps and no elevator it will be difficult to manage steps. I shopped around extensively for this and was excited to find it but need to return b/c need 2 people to take upstairs. Customer service was surprisingly accommodating and give them 5 stars also.

Having some issues with the machine we purchased but santimax has been trying to fix the solution waiting to see what’s next. Issues have been a problem but santimax has been very helpful with the solution really good customer support!

The walk behind scrubber that was sent worked for a total of 10-15 minutes before breaking down. I emailed on the 3rd to customer service with no response. And again on the 5th with no response.
I then put in another ticket days later with, no response.
I then received an email asking for a review, I threatened litigation on the 10th for not upholding their warranty and receive a response within hours. Foremost telling me that I had never emailed them. I sent screenshots proving otherwise.
I was walked through how to fix the issue and was offered a free battery or brushes for the inconvenience. I accepted the battery and said I wanted to move forward from this and continue working with them. I never recieved the battery and they again became unresponsive again.

Sanitmax/sunmax responded to this comment, asking me to reach out and contact them to correct the issue. I did so a couple days after they asked me to.

They did not respond to the email they suggested I send them.

Had what I needed at a fair price.

Your delivery process is horrible. I have been tracking my order for three days and it says it is out for delivery all three days.

Fast service fast delivery and the right product. I had to return a order before and I received fast reimbursement, you guys are doing great and you'll have my business going forward.

I had a part that broke. I wanted to buy the replacement part. I got quoted the assembly. I ordered the assembly. The new assembly no longer has the part on it that broke on mine. Apparently, they did away with that part on the assembly.
I could have just removed the part off of my assembly and had the same thing I just paid for. When I inquired about just buying the part, I was told it wasn't on the new assemblies. I thought that they just made the new assembly better where they didn't need the part that broke on mine. Incorporated into the new design I was thinking. Guess not.

Purchased on February 27 and still did not receive the machine.

Excellent experience ordering my new ice blaster. Communication was great and process was very easy. Will update soon on the product

The sweeper was delivered soon after ordering. A big plus with winter here and plenty of salt being dragged in on boots. The sweeper picks the big and little stuff up with ease. This was a good choice for us as we have 9000 sq feet of floor to sweep.

I ordered a replacement part I needed and it was shipped and delivered as I expected

So far I've used this on tile floor and rug. Good suction but rather loud. Light weight. I still need to use the shampoo. Hoping to get to that in a week or so.

Picked up lots of dust, and dog hair. Awesome 👍

Showed up 4 days after it was promised. I called your company and asked for a supervisor to return my call. Nobody returned my call! Felt like you got our money and didn't care if we were satisfied or not!
