Mooie winkel met soms moeilijk te krijgen materiaal en spullen voor de beste prijs.
Ze bieden steeds support aan maar antwoorden in de praktijk niet. Verzendtijd van 3à4 dgn loopt op tot week.

Website beloofde levering binnen 48u. Na drie dagen stond mijn bestelling nog steeds op "niet verzonden". Heb de bestelling geannulleerd. Geld wel netjes teruggekregen.

In advertentie wordt aangegeven "gratis verzendkosten'. Echter bij afrekenen worden WEL verzendkosten in rekening gebracht. En de kortingcodes die wordt gegeven die is bij afrekenen niet geldig.
Onbetrouwbaar bedrijf al tijdens bestellen. Ik zoek ergens anders wel.

Ware hatte einen Materialfehler.
Die Reklamation lief ohne Beanstandung - Antwort erfolgte zwar auf Englisch, war aber kein Problem!

Onderdeel paste perfect op de vintage racefiets. Het onderdeel was van het merk sturen Archer. Echt een meevaller en een garantie voor kwaliteit. Het merk mogen jullie wel bij het onderdeel vermelden.

The customer service is God Awful and barely helpful.
The parcel they have sent me and both GLS and Parcel force cannot see anything linked to my address. Good luck trying to get a refund as they claim they cant do anything until they locate the parcel BUT HOW DO YOU LOCATE A LOST PARCEL?? They wont help you at all. If you're in the UK just spend the extra however much it is and buy from a trusted seller here. Avoid theses clowns at all cost. They couldn't care less about what you ordered.

Het was even wachten op de bestelling...maar ik het netjes binnen gekregen....zeer tevreden ..

Kommunikation schwierig. Ware teilweise beschädigt. Zurückgesendete Ware verschwunden. Vorgang kann nicht nachvollzogen werden. Warte seit 3 Monaten auf mein Geld! Bestelle fast alles online. Derartiges ist mir noch nicht untergekommen. Nie wieder!!

Bought a very useful lock! Took a little long to arrive to The Netherlands, but I really enjoy the 4 star lock!

I ordered spokes and the spoke nipples are of awful cheap quality. they all immediately started to scratch to the point i couldnt turn them with the (correct) size spoke key. They arent even on tight and i requested a refund but they sent me a list of things that could have gone wrong on MY part.

ontop of that the shipping took way too long because they are NOT EVEN BASED IN THE NETHERLANDS but instead spain. tf is that?

Niet vertrouwen! Ik wilde een deel van mijn bestelling retourneren, maar na meerdere pogingen geen reactie.

Ook kwam het pakketje 2 weken later aan. Ook toen geen reactie op vragen.

Das bestellte Fahrrad kam mit teilweise massiven Kratzern an. Außerdem fehlte eine wichtige Radmutter die beim Transport aus dem Karton gefallen ist. Auf Anfrage gab es auch nach eineigen Wochen weder das Ersatzteil noch irgendein Entgegenkommen. Die Schuld wird auf GLS geschoben und somit verläuft es leider im Sande. Ich habe also ein neues Fahrrad zum vollen Preis aber beschädigt gekauft. Das ist nicht gut.

Ordered to Germany. Website gave me a 3–4 days estimation for my package. Over 2 Weeks later and I still haven't received it. Waste of time and money. But i guess it's on me. Should've known better than to order from a brand whose own products have some of the worst quality in the industry.

Ordered three weeks ago and have been in dispute with them ever since. GLS lost the package and have no clue where it is, but Santafixie refuses to do anything about it. Seems like I lost my money for now, which forces me to take legal actions. I would advise to not order from here and go for a different webshop.
