Ordered off of website and camera…

Ordered off of website and camera showed up quickly. Seems to be okay, looking forward to trying it. Only problem is that the locator case showed up with broken handle. I have reached out to customer service. I will update if taken care of.

Update: They did send me a new case to replace the broken one. They also included a guard for the camera head for my inconvenience. Much appreciated. Thank you.

I bought a camera from Sanyipace…

I bought a camera from Sanyipace because I was impressed with the functionality for the price. The unit arrived in less than a week, and I’ve had the opportunity to use it 5 times now and have not been disappointed. Now I just need to give it some time to test durability. If this unit lasts awhile I would definitely purchase another.

Good product with great service

I operate a septic system inspection company and having functional sewer cameras is critical to my day-to-day operation. When my camera head failed, it put me in a bad place. To be clear, the camera failed because I made a mistake and abused it. The unit has been rock solid otherwise.

I ordered the new head and it arrived in 48 hours even though the estimated shipping was a week out. This excellence in delivery directly results in my abilities continue operations of my company without it interruption. That's five-star service where I come from!
