They reply to emails fast and without confusion. Everything came as expected and the camera works great.

Overall the camera performs well the part seemed good quality however they interface on the screen is outdated and not customer friendly or user friendly it also does not connect to the keyboard which would be a tremendous help to update time and date and other features such as selection of the playback videos or pictures.

A more modern screen even with touch screen would be a huge improvement I would like to see this type of upgrade in the future.

Camera and locator work great. Good picture on the screen. Case holds everything nicely. Came in 2 days!!!!

i'm so surprise by your excellent after sales service, previously, we brought CCTV from Tao Bao and very disappoint for their products and services.
Also, i just wonder is it possible to reduce the length of lens as it is easier to push into the pipe (as compare the length of lens Tao Bao product are shorter than yours)

My experience with Sanyipace has been amazing! I received a sewer scope that appeared to have been damaged (possibly in shipping). Customer service immediately addressed the issue and now I have a high quality, operational unit. The distance counter is very convenient and the controls are easy to understand. These products are great for the price!
