ich habe vor über drei Monaten einen Schuh im Wert von über zweihundert Euro bei den gekauft, jedoch ist dieser bis dato nicht angekommen. Leider konnte ich auch keine Telefonnummern für den Kundenservice finden. Es scheint, als ob es sich hier um Betrüger handelt. Wenn Sie Ärger wollen, können Sie gerne bei den bestellen.

I order 20 days ago and since than they don’t answer any email this company is a scam the phone number they have on the site doesn’t work I can’t find them to contact but I will report them to the police I’m not gonna let them like this

Ho eseguito un ordine ad inizio gennaio e la spedizione pare che non sia stata affidata ad alcun corriere !
Sono veramente infastidita dal fatto che ho mandato almeno 3 mail ma senza alcuna risposta… ed il numero di telefono non funziona !!!! Vorrei capire cosa sta succedendo…

Due to identifying some malware on their site, I’ve done done digging and Companies House dissolved this company.

If you have outstanding orders please speak to your credit card company to claim your insurance.

This company no longer trades.

I have been place an order a month ago…

I have been place an order a month ago and I haven’t receive it! I have emailed them twice and I haven’t had any reply. I have tried to contact them and the number that is on the website is not working. I am going complain to trading standards because they are taking money from people without delivering the items !

Please deliver my order or refund me please.

I want to tell to sarahbecks that customer service is really important to your business. I ordered goods on 22nd July and I am still waiting them. Even check my tracking number, I cannot see where is my items. I sent email to sarahbecks 2 times and nobody reply me. At least, they need to apologise to delay or let customer know estimate delivery date. Almost a month for waiting my order. Website mentions about 2 weeks delivery time so I ordered my friend's birthday present. And it was last week, I couldn't give him my present.
Anyway, I didn't get my order so I contact to my bank and explain them what had happened. So I got refund from the bank. Not from them.

Achtung!! Betrüger!!!

Ich habe die Ware bis heute nicht erhalten!!! Im Mai bestellt und bezahlt. Zuerst kamen noch Antworten auf meine Mails, es werde geprüft wo die Ware ist, doch mittlerweile, seit 1 Monat keine Reaktion mehr! BETRÜGER!!! Finger weg!!

I've been trying to contact them for…

I've been trying to contact them for two weeks now and they haven't responded to a single email! I sent them emails, filled out an appeal form, no answers. Most likely they are selling a fake or a marriage! Shoes cracked after a few weeks! This cannot be, since this model is of very high quality ( if original). I will order an examination and contact the Consumer Rights Protection, I will not leave it like that!!!

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Delivery took 1 month and the shoes were defect within a week. I have called them a few times and emailed 3 times with no response. Do not buy from here!!

0 customer service responses - do not buy!!!

If there are any issues with your items then Sarah Becks will not respond to you. I have tried emailing, submitted a web form with no response. Their telephone number also does not work.

Unsure if Alexander McQueen shoes are authentic or not as the writing has rubbed off after maximum 6 wears. I have contacted Alexander McQueen directly to see if they can support with the faulty shoes and they have responded to advise that Sarah becks is not a registered supplier for the brand and therefore they cannot confirm the authenticity.

Do not buy from this company as they do not value their customers and I would really recommend spending the extra money on good directly from the supplier.

I have now received a refund from Sarah becks after contacting my bank to report the faulty goods but still no communication from Sarah becks.
