I am adding my voice to the other reviews of this company. It is a total SCAM! Avoid and do not buy their appalling clothes. I received what can only be described as a clowns costume that was supposed to be dungarees. Cheap stretchy fabric, bare threads and looks nothing like the orginal. I have no idea where this company is but its not what it says it is. I too have been offered the 15% off "deal" or a return to China at my expense with the 'threat' that i may incur customs charges. AVOID

I totally agree with the previous reviews & wish I’d read them before I made my purchase! Very misleading information on the website & the dungarees I reviewed were nothing at all like the ones shown on the website. You are led to believe they have a shop in London which is run by 3 very smart middle aged ladies but it appears that this company is in China.
The returns policy is nonsense & no way will you get your money back.

I wish I had checked on here before I was sucked in! Absolutely rubbish product. Material is awful, printing even worse.
I requested my money back and got a long email informing me of all the pitfalls of trying to return items to China! Was then offered 15% discount and keep the item. I told them this was an insult and then they offered me 20%.
The refund of £11.18 was received today leaving me nearly £45 out of pocket.
What an expensive lesson to learn.
Please, please don't be sucked in by this, it's robbery.

BUYER BEWARE
These items are cheap and nasty, come from China, returns are to China with threats of additional charges in top of postage. There is absolutely no cotton content. No designer label.

Total scam...well not total...but as others say...order from UK site...shite comes from China...awful fabric awful print...the 'easy returns' on the uk order site...becomes self funding return to China plus taxes...so same cost as was paid yo be ripped of....so annoyed...I did check some reviews bit obviously now realise they were not independent...the patterns ate just photo copy...very badly onto a fabric that is not cotton or wearable

Not as advertised in terms of material (says cotton actually 95% polyester and 5% spandex) design (shape is different from that shown). They make returns difficult by insisting you cover postage to China when it was inferred that they came from a small set up in England. Also it took 3 weeks to arrive and they took ages to respond to emails.

Standard email not responding to my complaint just telling me to return to China at my expense. I get the impression I will never see a refund.

I really wished I’d found these reviews before I ordered! I can’t believe the Shit they sold me! It took ages to come, I emailed and asked if this was a scam too! Oh my goodness! I’ve been caught! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Item arrived after 20 days, from a UK based company..
Quality and material was very bad, asked for return and was refused to send it back to the UK address! Claiming I can only send it back to China!
Bought the item from a 'UK based company'! Why do I need to send it to China? Scam, avoid please!

As all previous reviews state this is a complete scam selling appalling clothes made of polyester and spandex, that bear no resemblance to those advertised on the website. There is no mention before purchase that returns are to China! If only I had read reviews first before being drawn in. I have learned a very valuable lesson and shall never buy clothes on line again unless it is a high street brand that I am personally familiar with. I shall also check reviews. I am exceedingly cross with myself for being reeled in by such underhand practices. DON'T FALL FOR IT

Terrible dungarees not a bit of cotton in them ! ! Will not buy anything else from this company

Ordered dungarees, given tracking info which changed suddenly to show parcel coming from China when it arrive awful material, cheap polyester & wrong size. Asked for refund, offered replacement - refused & asked for refund, then told I could only have refund if sent parcel back to China at my expense & would have to wait for them to confirm item in good condition. Was offered special deal of 15% of my money back instead!! Total scam beware

If I could leave no stars I would. A total con, I was even sent a better pair to replace the first pair that does not have a strand of cotton in as apparently they were improved, and of course they were the same. So now I have 2 pairs of this utter crap. I have started a Barcleycard dispute I would urge you to do the same if you can. Obviously I am not returning to China for a refund as would cost a fortune and I doubt I would get it. Don't let them get away with it!!

Sigh . .. as person said below wish I'd read these reviews first ... Descriptions of items incorrect - not 'cotton blend' but 100% polyester.

Absolutely rubbish company. The dungarees are cheap and shoddy and definitely not worth the price paid. Tried to return as it says they accept returns. Trouble if you have to send it to China! Don't touch this company with a bargepole!! Absolutely con!

Avoid this scam company. I really got sucked in by the London address and cover story write up…. It’s a complete load of BS. I did receive my dungarees but there is not a trace of cotton! Label states 95% Polyester and 5% spandex 😡. They are nothing like the beautiful pictures that you see.I feel like such a fool, please don’t purchase anything from them 😡

Poor quality and difficult to return items. Have to return to China at customers cost.

Received a pair of dungarees which looked nothing like the photos online. The material was very poor quality, like super thin polyester and the quality of stitching and make up very poor. I was the told I had to send it back to China and bear all costs and have it inspected before any hope of getting a refund or pay €11 to be sent an improved quality pair which is what a should have received in the first place. I rarely complain about stuff, but this is such a rip off! The adverts are all homey and feel good just to suck you in and pawn off below standard, poor quality rubbish with no responsibility taken for it. DISGUSTING behaviour.

This is a complete SCAM - please do not buy anything off this site. There is no cute family with a lovely little shop in London. It all comes from China. The dungarees were nothing like the picture, made of really cheap awful material - just horrible. The returns process is so complicated & expensive - it's not worth it.
