I had placed an order and very clearly mentioned the delivery date as March 5. Now it is already 07 March and they do not answer to the calls and response via whatsapp is very pathetic and no empathy. Very casually they say that it will be dispatched today and you will get it on Monday 09 March. Very casual reply via whatsapp that i should enter in comments for urgency , there was no indication. If you are outside India and ordering, never order from here.

I jave repeatedly asked for an update and its in progress since 3 weeks ago.
They jave blocked me on WhatsApp.
These are fraudsters.
Do not order from Sareeks online.

Garments correspond to descripción in the web. Size guide is extremely helpful and accurate. We had a bad experience with FedEx due to our lack of knowledge about customs, fees and taxes. Sareeka was very supportive to help us in the process.

I recently ordered a couple of sarees from Sareeka. They are even more beautiful in person. The material is high quality, and the tailoring is impeccable. I’m already planning to order more sarees in the future. What impressed me the most was the prompt response whenever I asked a question and fast delivery. Even though I had both sarees and 1 outfit sewn, I had requested it before a specific date. The delivery was made on the 10th business day, which was before the estimated delivery time listed on the website.

I did receive my items and they were as ordered, except the custom measurement which was not even close to accurate.. However, the shipping process was confusing, with a lack of updates, as to the progress. Not only that shipping takes longer compared to their competitors. For an online business the fact that the shipping was not transparent is a problem. I would recommend that people rather use Sareeka as a last resort, as even their customer service did not respond to my queries for updates.

I asked if my order could be fast-tracked for an upcoming event, and I’m genuinely blown away by the service — it arrived even earlier than my requested date! This is officially my go-to site for Indian wear

I ordered my outfit on 5th October. Handed over to Satyam couriers on 15th October. No movement on tracking since then. Sareeka WhatsApp not active so no feedback. Very very disappointed with the service

Most promising supplier of Desi wear. Everything perfect from fitting to delivery at the doorstep not only on time it was two days earlier than the delivery date. They deserve 5 more stars. Excellent service. Recommend to all, genuine, professional and friendly.

Don’t trust the reviews on their website. These guys are liers and don’t give a damn about their customers. I ordered something almost a month ago and they keep telling me it will be shipped tomorrow and yet nothing gets shipped. After a couple of messages on WhatsApp they stopped responding even though they are online and have read my message. They also charged me $377 for shipping when they advertise free shipping over $99. When asked they said they have refunded me but I never received any refunds. Please refrain from ordering from these guys as they will lie and don’t give a damn about their customers

Worst experience ever! NEVER AGAIN!!!! WARNING!!!!!

I ordered 4 Sarees more then 2 weeks ago. They didn’t sent them. I had to ask to get them - otherwise it never would arrive!

One saree is even not at stock.

Now I am waiting hours to get the answer about which one cannot be delivered.
I need to know about the price. They are not responding within hours.
And on top of everything Sareeka don’t want to send me the money back to my account… only to a shop wallet.

Tax I was not informed that this has to be payed also on top of the high prices! So finally just problems and ENORMOUS COSTS 😡😡😡😡
I don’t know about the quality yet, because I didn’t get them till now. Keep you posted and hope that they will be really delivered.

The delivery was fast and it was stitched perfectly like my measurements given. Quality was great as well.
