Sent different cheap saree than in the picture
I have been buying saree from saree palace for last 6 years and have never regretted until this time . I had ordered a embroidered teal and blue saree from their website and the saree they sent me was completely different . I wish I could post the picture here. The website advertises âfree shippingâ and âfair pricesâ, but thatâs very misleading. What they donât tell you clearly is that customs duties and taxes are NOT included. You only find this information hidden somewhere in the terms and conditions after youâve already placed your order.
I had to pay around â¬40 extra to DHL upon delivery, which makes their products significantly more expensive than competitors. Be careful â the total cost is far from what the website claims.
