My only complaint is my storage rental keeps increasing for no reason. I am actively looking for another facility due to the increase in price over the last year and a half.

I would recommend Stor-All to my friends. I have experienced helpful assistance by friendly staffers.

On line payment portal hard to use.

Facility is clean and well maintained.

I got behind last year but never more than 30 days. I have told them over and over and emailed them over and over that I will pay them when my social security check comes in which is the third Wednesday of the month. They always say ok, but then the next week they are calling me again.
I am changing in the fall and will be so happy to change. Things were much better there when Bryan and Kirsten were the managers. Also, since I have been there the price has increased about 30%.

We have always had a great experience with the owners when he need to speak with them. They are very friendly and very professional!

This company provided excellent storage and a secured unit!

Aside from the frequent rent increases, the excessive fees, and the annoying phone calls the very day payment is due, I am really agitated by the egregious addition of insurance to my bill. I had at one point considered getting a bigger unit, but will likely look elsewhere when push comes to shove and I need the extra space. I have had a unit there for 12 years and the cost per month has doubled.

They really went out of their way to help me get the right size of unit, and help me get my belongings moved in.

The service I have received over many years has been excellent. I feel very comfortable and secure about my storage needs being entrusted into your hands. I would highly recommend Stor-All Self Storage to all of my friends

The Staff at the E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio StorAll is excellent in customer relations. I especially appreciate the "heads up" when I may otherwise forget to pay my bill. Everyone I have had contact with has always been friendly, courteous, and helpful.

I have always found the workers to be friendly and the grounds well kept, however the prices is continually rising for some reason, and it is getting ridiculous. I am contemplating moving to another storage facility because of this.

Great place helpful and friendly people

since you guys changed over from that married couple managing the office, things seem to be much better. the new office staff is friendly and approachable. I even received a courtesy phone call when my storage was about to become late and for me and being a good and current customer, I really appreciated them taking the time out to do this.

On the con of things, I hope our rates do not change any time soon. :)

i have had all kinds of trouble with this place i been here for 8 years and to lock someone out over 5 $ was said then charge them 15 more to unlock it when i never got nothing about the rent going up im paying 67 for a small bid where if someone new walks in can get it for 35 or so

Rent has raised nearly $50 over two years! Everything else is perfectly acceptable.

I understand the things become more expensive but no one likes thier rates to go up. I understand you raising rates if no one uses your storage units but if you can ever bring the rate back down it would be appreciated. I had to use your storage because i had no where to live with my wife and 1 year old daughter. Please dont raise my rates again, i can barely pay you now that its 180 a month. I do enjoy your employees though, they are very polite.
