The first sd card came and didn’t work, they sent out a replacement and it worked perfectly. The customer service was prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Well I wish I had never found this company. I find their whole approach to customer service is at the very best, flippant !

I ordered a Sat Nav upgrade for my Range Rover Evoque 2019 from this company. I received a 64GB USB stick and an SD card. There were absolutely no instructions included with them when they arrived, and my email exchanges with this company let me know their attitude towards customer care, which is - they couldn't really care less.

I was told by email to take the old SD card out, start the engine, and keep it running, and then insert the USB stick provided into the portal. I was told that this would start the program and instructions would come up on my screen. Reviews on line say that this process could take up to 2 hours , and usually longer than one hour. Absolutely nothing happened, despite me repeated attempts to follow what David had told me to do. So david sent me another 64GB USB stick to see if that worked. The only thing that happened different this time was, there was a loud bang came through the car speaker, as if a guitar was shorting when being plugged into a speaker. So I put back in the original SD card, and it would no longer work as it had now been deactivated during whatever had happened. I then tried the new SD card, and Sat Nav was restored to my screen.

I have absolutely no way of finding out if anything has been upgraded as there was no change to the graphics. David was unable to provide me with any proof that an upgrade had indeed happened, and simply said that it must have been on the new SD card !! So why did you send me 2 x 64GB USB sticks sepately if they were not required ? And why did you tell me that the new program had to be transferred from the USB stick to the vehicle entertainment system, and that instructions would appear on the sceen, when this never happened ? No message or program upgrade ever appeared on the car system, but David tells me, it must have already been on the SD card. What a total load of nonsense David !!!!

So I am now down £110.00 and I have absolutely no way of knowing if I have ever had an upgrade at all. And to cap it all, David tells me in their terms and conditions, that due to their service agreement with Jaguar / Land Rover, NO refunds are given !

I think this amounts to a 'restrictive practice' which works against the customer, so in view of the fact that SATNAVISHOP will now do absolutely nothing further to help me, I will take my complaint to Jaguar / Land Rover, and tell them exactly how this 'agent' (in view of the existance of an apparent service agreement), has simply walked away from me, citing the service agreement between SATNAVISHP and them as the reason that no refund can be offered !!!!!!!!!!!

Well David, your Customer Service absolutely stinks, and you clearly don't care if your customers are satisfied at all.

Let the buyer beware !!!!!!!! Especally when dealing with SATNAVISHOP !

Great service and price - next day delivery, well packaged with the latest available card. Installed with no issues. Will buy again when the next update is issued.

I emailed the shop as I wasn’t sure what to buy and got a very fast response with a link on the correct product to buy. Sd card arrived very quickly I’m very happy and will buy again when the time comes to update again

I have updated my satnav on several cars using cd/sim. Etc all have worked/installed perfectly and at a very reasonable cost each time

Purchased updated sat nav SD cards and wireless adapter for CarPlay. Sat nav came with comprehensive instructions which I suggest you read multiple times to understand fully. The installation went smoothly and took about an hour and 45 to fully complete on my Audi SQ7. The wireless CarPlay adapter was very simple to install and works perfectly. This can only be used though if you have ‘wired’ CarPlay to start with.

Received SD card and instructions within a week of order. Simple to install in a matter of a few minutes and head unit can now set up Apple car play, having not previously been activated by Škoda. I was very impressed and I’m now successfully up and running. It represents great value for money as the old satnav fails to deliver real time functionality anymore and at the time of writing the dedicated Škoda website wasn’t even allowing updates to be downloaded. Hence, reverting to Car Play or similar is the ideal solution. My head unit was a Admunsen unit with 2 SD card slots. The sellers instructions talk you through compatibility before purchase. A bargain at 50 notes.

I found SatNaviShop by doing a Google search and based on the great reviews I found there I decided to give them a try for a much needed update to the mapping software on my recently acquired BMW X3. Their website is so easy to navigate that I had found the product I required within seconds and placed an order. Despite the proximity of the Easter holiday weekend the order was processed very rapidly, dispatched promptly and with next day delivery. The product arrived perfectly protected in a small padded bag and consisted of a high quality 64Gb pen drive which simply slotted into the car USB port and required nothing more than to follow the on screen instructions. A faultless upgrade to my BMW which would have cost significantly more if had purchased from the manufacturer. Great job SatNaviShop!

"I was very unsure at first messing with the cars MMI, but followed the instructions and it was an easy process. Just a bit of patience to let the car do its thing. I needed to upgrade my satnav map upgrade to the latest version for my Golf mk 7. Found the Satnav shop by searching the internet. Very easy to deal with, SD card arrived the following day, installed without problems and worked first time.

App connect activation- Ordered up a SD card to activate my Golf app connect , I recieved detailed instructions on email and the card arrived quickly, took minutes to activate and everything works perfectly, can highly recommend 👍

On viewing the website I still wasn’t sure which SD card I need e but upon speaking to David he was able to talk me through which one I needed to order. Then delivered sooner than expected and the installation instructions were perfect and clear and I was able to get my Sat nav up and running

Their website was the simplest on the internet for understanding the things I needed and the process for doing a CarPlay retrofit (my first time!). Also very well priced, as I was quoted ridiculous amounts for someone else doing it for me!

The response was quick and, apart from having to wait for them to send the code after sending the code screen, the whole process only took a couple of days from the point of purchase.
