I purchased a Firmware update for my Audi A3 8V from this service
Thé update was provided on an SD card and later sent again by émail from another adresse ( Satnavishop ),which already arises concerns .
During installation , the update process failed abnormally : Stage 4 started while Stage 3 had not completed.This causes a critical failure
As a direct conséquence,m’y MMI unit was completely damaged and had to be replaced by a professional specialist.The unit could not be recovered.I have an official repair invoice as proof
The company refunded the cost of the Firmware itself,wich clearly indicates there was an issue with the product they supplied.
However , they have completely ingnored the much higher repair costs caused by their faulty update.
Despite sending multiple emails,including a formal notice with all supporting évidence,I have reveived no reponse
This situation has caused significant financial loss and inconvenience.
I strongly advis others to be extremely cautious when using this service

Found satnav map update on line got in touch with David and he explained the process for my update and within a couple of days I was up and running, David was very helpful and knowledgeable and I’ve the whole experience trouble free and would highly recommend David and he’s company.

Great service and great products. I have been driving my car with old maps for years and got fed up of seeing sat-nav seemingly drive me across open fields! So I decided it was time to update the maps as well as the firmware and apple car play software. I didn’t properly read the manual they sent, so it took me a few times to get it all working and David was very patient with me! As they say in software - RTFM! Anyway it all works now and car play connects much faster to my iPhone now. Would recommend this company. Thanks again David.

I’d been debating about upgrading my satnav for a while now and given the price that BMW wanted to charge this seemed like a good alternative.
I’m pleased to say that it was, the process was straightforward - it took about 30 minutes to copy the update to the car (so I’d recommend going for a drive).
Communication was good, very impressed with, well everything.

"Mercedes Benz have now stopped updating COMAND Satnav systems from 2011-2015. Step up David at SNMU supplying a USB stick for my 2011 MB SLK. It took around an hour and a half to load but went like a dream. David was great with simple instructions and made the installation very easy. Hooray for SNMU! "

Too easy, VW wanted £200+ to allow me to use satnav and apps on the screen in my car. Spoke with Satnavmapupdate they told me what product to buy specific to my vehicle, sent me instructions how to install and all worked as promised.

I ordered the Apple CarPlay activation for my Audi A6. It arrived within two working days via Royal Mail First Class.
The product installed and worked exactly as described.

By my own lack of knowledge, I didn’t even know where the SD slots were hidden on my car, David responded promptly by email, even sending pictures to help me locate them. Above and beyond style customer service.

My car now has CarPlay and I’m a very happy customer. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family!

Purchasing the Satnav update for my 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport was vey straightforward and the SD card arrived within 48 hours. Customer service was excellent, they went the extra mile to ensure the product performed perfectly.

Really good experience with these guys, looking forward now to a four and a bit hour drive now with an updated satnav rather than its near 10 year old version. I ordered map update for my Volvo xc60 and it arrived in good time unfortunately it didn't work on my system. Not sure if it was my car or the USB but contacted them to mention it wouldn't work so they sent me instructions on exactly how to install maps but still couldn't install them so they told me to return the USB for a full refund no problem. Didn't quibble about who's fault it was just offered me a refund immediately

After reading some reviews about this product i decided to order Apple car play for my Audi q7 after my 1st order getting lost in post David was quick to sort it for me what a fantastic product and great addition to my q7 I see people write reviews about it and messed things up but if you read instructions and take your time it’s very easy to do will 100% be recommending this to family and friends thank you David

I recently purchased the apple car play SD card update and at first had a issue with it so contacted the support team and David went through everything with me and it was nothing related to satnavmapupdate it was my lead was not a genuine apple lead and was sorted and works perfectly. I had to write this review to say what an amazing product SatNav Maps provide. I purchased android auto for my 2016 Passat and it is amazing. As I used to work for a VW dealership I knew the price of installing this software and it's was pricey, roughly X6 more then SatNav. SatNav provided genuine software for fraction of the price. The software is so easy to install and with the added bonus for me it also install Google assistant with voice activation when using android auto. I couldn't be any happier with this product and would recommend it to everyone who wants this software installed in their car and without paying dealership prices. 5 stars from me all day long.

5* service all round. I was a little worried about updating the PCM in my Porsche Panamera to utilise Android Auto, but David was very responsive to my numerous questions before and after I had purchased the update SD card. I was a little nervous watching the PCM update and sitting through numerous reboot sequences, but the instructions were so detailed I knew what to expect at each step. Absolute bargain for the updated capability in the car now - thank you.

Good communication with David before purchasing to ensure the correct software was purchased. Installation instructions followed immediately after purchase. SD card arrived in the post afew days later. Then the instalation process started and it took 32 minutes, because I was extra patiant with the software loading. There were a few nervous moments because there were no clues if something was happenning, and its AUDI's fault for not having any blinking pixels to keep you informed. Only at the end you get this big notification! Then I hooked up the phone with USB and very quickly CarPlay was running. I chose SatNav Update because of other reviewers, and I am happy to recommend David to others too. R

Purchased Audi TT MMI upgrade to activate Car Play and also 2025 maps update.
