I requested a withdrawal on the 2nd January for £1800. I was told it can take up to 21 working days for additional checks. It’s now over 21 working days and I keep getting told the same lines from chat!

This is a scam it’s got a fake gambling licence number and if you win you won’t get your winnings. I won £200 ovrr er r a year ago and never seen a penny so please avoid

This company is operating under a fake license I always had a problem with withdrawals and they were never big amounts, despite the long delays I did get money back but that is how they lure you in, I then won a decent amount of money and they made a poor excuse and then forfeited my winnings and shut me account!

Yet another dire/scam/fraudulent casino advertised to me via 'an associate' using email info obtained on dark web and using unblockable email addresses.
Have never used any online casino in my life and never would use one sent to me in unsolicited emails.
They must be getting desperate to steal any amount of money now as advert says if i deposit £20 and use a code i will get a 500% Bonus plus 50 free spins on one of their slot machines.

No thankyou scammer.

Absolutely disgusted requested a withdrawal 29th June 19 weeks on still nothing sick to the back teeth of the same excuse high volume of requests and extra security checks reading from a script because every chat member says the same thing
Emailed loads of times they don't even bother to answer you this site seriously should be closed down

Firstly they give you a welcome bonus which comes with a 3k wager ..
so you can not withdraw until you’ve played 3k …

Been waiting since 5th January for a withdrawal. Was told up to 21days and still nothing. Are not replying to emails and on chat just say they will email finance department to chase up but nothing changes. UPDATE It is now the 30th April and I have still not received this. FURTHER UPDATE - After waiting for 6 months I cancelled my withdrawal and tried it again using a different withdrawal method, I still didn't hear anything back until 3rd July when I received an email from a rep following up to check I had received my winnings, I confirmed I hadn't and the rep cancelled the withdrawal on their end and advised me to try again and it has now worked and I have received the £400 into my bank account today.
